Why the verdict is not fair:

to me the verdict is not fair due to the fact i stated multiple times i was not in the church for a long period of time at all, i said i was providing cover for friends as they were robbing the people, i was asked to come in to grab some of the medical supplies as my buddies needed me too, and while i was in there you hear me rping with some of the hostages, less than a minute had passed before our buddy was shot outside the church while i was there and you hear me yell at a guy to sit down when our friend was shot and you can hear me and albert telling the hostages if anyone has a friend to back off, and OOC they all said no, knowing we had someone KoSing people we decided to release the hostages and run out with them and scatter to prevent them from being able to fire anymore, we hadn't planned on cutting the rp short, we were still in the process of securing the hostages when our buddy was shot if that didnt happen the rp would have continued. but its mainly unfair to me as i was the group member assigned to overwatching the town. As we had 3 members in town

The video that was posted by me was Alberts perspective, and you see me come in for a brief period (i had the leather sack backpack) and began to rp right away you can hear me  talking to the hostages(the volume is low) and shortly after my friend was shot and me and albert began demanding to know who's friend it was and thats where the OOC came in and where us being able to engage comfortably in rp was cut short, i dont see how my rp was bad as i was there for a few minutes tops, and i did rp with them from the second i entered to the time i left.

What would you like to achieve with this appeal:

I would like the ban i received to be lifted 

What could you have done better?:

 I could have ignored my role of providing over watch and went down after the initiation to assist more with the hostages but that was my current role at the time.

Reason:

After reviewing the video provided in this post, we have determined that your ban in this situation was not justified.

As seen in the video, you are indeed not seen within the church until a later time. You are seen at roughly the 4 minute mark interacting with the hostage on the far left before mentioning that you had found morphine (which was the topic of roleplay at the time). Once you had done this, shots outside of the church had interrupted any further roleplay from happening as it took your attention. You told a hostage to get back down after they looked to have been getting up.

All of these short interactions are fine considering you weren't present during a majority of the situation and you were indeed providing protection for your group, this is a perfectly acceptable tactic.
