Detailed description of the events: 

Was talking to Someone named Woody and as he just left i was standing there talking to someone 

he acted friendly and as i was about to get off he tells me to stop moving and i just keep running away and he shoots me 5 seconds after he screamed, i went unconsious. And i went on TS to talk to mod and heard him in the backround and i was about to go back into game i was consious but he said i had 4 seconds so put up my hands which is impossible to do as i did not know which button it was or could loud up the screen from waking up. I was probably alive for 3 seconds and i turned around and got killed. Thats it.

I was probably alive for 3 seconds and i turned around and got killed. Thats it.

So if I understand your POV correctly; Somebody initiated on you, you did not comply to their demands on which you were shot?

We met you at NWAF you ran past myself and one other. We attempted to make contact you you ran within 1 meter of us and I said "hey" (Logs should show I think I used text If not we have a recording of the first event) you ignored both of us and carried on singing "Call Me Maybe" across the air field. At the south end Jet attempted to make contact again and again he was ignored. Jet gave chase and followed the Op to Vybor field where he asked to to stop or we will shoot we carried on and then opened fire on Irish Ghost who had nothing to do with this situation. Shortly after that he ran into Vybor industrial and logged around 1-minuets after. While we discussed putting up our own report we noticed that you had changed to server 2 to aviod us having KOS on you. When we saw you the first time we assumed to where gearing up around NW so when we relised that you had changed to S2 we did the same and headed straight to NW where we found you looting the airfield and we initiated again and killed you.

In my view you bad rp'ed on S1 then attempted KOS'ed Irish Ghost then Combat logged and ghosted. Shortly after that you were surrounded by 5 ZBOR members and you where where shot for non compliance knocked out and when we bandaged you so you didn't die we asked for you to put your hands up and you went for your gun again while surrounded breaching not giving value to characters life.

Shortly after we attempted to speak to you in Teamspeak and after we explained our side of the story and I asked if you had one you said you had one but refused to give it to me and rather imaturly repeatedly move channels to get away from my questions.

Domonic Lubosz PoV

After logging in to start the RP session for the day with myself and a few other members of ZBOR we log in around the NW airfield. At the airfield, Great Khan has come into contact with the OP. Stating he has avoided RP and completely ignored anything to do with him. He then ran into Jewell and did the same to him. I was entering from the south of the airfield as they were at the tents. I withdrew my bino's and scouted out the airfield to notice the same man running towards me. I approach the man and he looks straight as he is running past and avoids to even say a word to me. At this point i give chase of the man, not initiating, Just trying to get some RP out of him. He runs past the Pub south of the airfield, still avoiding an response. He then runs into Kabanino attempting to loose myself in the trees, I maintain sight and follow him through Kabanino apple fields to then initiatie in the middle of the field as he was ignoring the RP far too much. At this point he failed to comply so i have loaded around 7 shots into him. I then notice a couple of Wongs men behind me and follow the man best i could. He heads straight towards VMC and then past into Vybor. At this point we then loose him and notice he has logged from the server. We thought nothing of it and carried on with our RP.

We then swap onto S2 at veresnik hill in attempts to find some people to RP with as the area was barren of anybody. As we are travelling around the areas again, Vybor, Kabanino, Airfield. I come across an old IC friend of the name Woody and spoke to him. He was with another man who turned out to be the OP. Woody had to log for OOC reasons and asked for permission. He started to recognize my accent, Probably from the initiation and attempts to speak to him earlier. And he tries to leave. At this point i feel the need to initiate on said man for previous reasons and try to get some RP from him. He then decides to run away when surrounded by people of ZBOR with only a Mosin in hand. He runs through the construction yard as i spray a few rounds through the wall. He runs to the north west of the compound and through the small wooden outhouse. He then tries to run on the east side of Middle Barracks on the airfield and i shoot him down. He then is told not to raise weapons and get up as he was knocked unconscious. He then quickly regains and pulls out his rifle to attempt to gun us down, So i shoot him again. He drops to the floor again and we remove his weapons from him and bandage him up. As he regains consciousness he stands up and starts to look around. Around 5 men are pointing fully auto weapons at him ordering him to raise his hands. He refuses yet continues to look around, in my eyes, looking for another chance to run. So i shoot him in the head.

Myself and Jewell then attempt to speak to the OP in TS to help him understand why we did what we did, And his attitude was rather arrogant and disregarded everything we had to say.

I feel this report has been made purely due to him dying. He broke multiple rules himself before hand, which we were willing to resolve in TS, Jewell PM'd him in the forums to discuss. And i believe we have some video evidence from a member of the group.

When you greeted me i assumed you were the brotherhood as i saw 2 People with red armbands around their arms, as my character knows you're cunts i did not want to interact with you so i ran away from you while bumping into somene in the arm and said repeatedly as i was chased " Leave me alone".

AS This is my characters persona.

Until we got to the point of Vybor i was shot by the man with a red armband in the leg.  As i continued running i still saw him behind me and fired a shot off him as i thought it was the man with the armband. (It was not)?. He then ran the other way. And the conflict was over?

I then switched to S2 a moment after and hoped i would not be disturbed by this Couple again .

30minutes later?

I met with someone and we had a little chat and another guy approaches and kills me .

How could i know you were the same person? You did not wear the same armband.

If this was another guy in your group, how would I know?

I did not want to talk to you beacause i already have someone on my case as you raided my channel.

This does not explain you running around singing "Call Me Maybe". And Also you logged from Server 1 and changed to Server 2 a few minuets later to avoid our KOS rights. How long did you you wait before logging out? And why did you change server?

We chased you to interact as that is what we are here for, To create stories in a roleplay enviroment. I believe Great Khan has a video he will be rendering asap, and posting his PoV. I feel there is a blatant disregard for the rules shown by the OP, Not only in the way he acted ingame, But his responses in this report also.

Saying "Hello" is not an initiation. Is shooting someone you're chasing in the leg an iniation?

Letting your groupmate kill me is not a good initiation.

Lets go through the demands again, I told you to leave me alone and did not want you to interact.
