Detailed description of the events: I was in pogerevka when I saw a man looking through a house. I come up to him and start talking. We trade masks and begin to rp. I say lets go to the church and light a fire. When I am lighting a fire my friends are watching on the outside. I hear clay diamond put your hands up as 2 men enter the building. There is gun fire from outside and inside and I end up dead within 5 seconds of the initiation..

Micheal's POV : A friend was at Pog, and he tells us that Clay diamond was with him, We were in the general area of GreenMountain / Zelenogorsk, We then begin to run towards Pog and run towards the church, Me and Mathew, We approach the church from either side and enter in on the church and yell, Clay Diamond Put your Hands up! He responds with Just wait, Just wait! So after brief pause a hailstorm of gunshots were fired at the church and in an instant Clay Diamond and Mathew Williams were killed, I instantly run to cover in the church with Nick being at the other side.

After Clay was killed he gets on the TS3 and pokes me "pokes you: hope u know u guys rdmd me"

Charlie Chaska POV:

We're heading back to Pogorevka from Myshkino to get water when we hear that Nick Church is in Pogorevka with Clay. We plan to initiate on him because we have major IC beef with him, as well as a letter written by him about Clay killing his alt character. We get into positions in front of the church when someone runs into the church where Clay and Nick are and initiates on Clay. Shoo is out front and kills one of them inside the church while two of the hostage takers spray at Clay. This was RDM because Clay was in the middle of the fire lighting animation, and would have complied had he not been prematurely killed. A firefight ensues soon after that, with deaths on both sides.

This was shortly after the shot had hit me, Right before I was shot on my screen, My screen had gone black. I had thought I was dead, waiting for the "You are dead" screen, waiting for 1 minute, I realize that my FPS counter from steam was gone, This was when i realized that my game had crashed, At this moment I was frustrated and my main goal at that moment was to go back to the game, During the black screen, I cntrl+alt+del to open Task manager to close dayz, When i had closed it I went up to the admin help channel, while i was attempting to reconnect i was talking to Josh & Hassan about what i could do, and that there is a staff member that knows I am not Combat logging, While talking to them I had attempted to re-log once, when i had typed up the password to reconnect, Screen froze with crosshair but all black, Fps counter disapears, now i know it had crashed, but this was after In game i was still walking forward [ Game would do this alone without me having any knowledge of this ] I would try for the third time to reconnect, when i do i am finally in, It takes the game a while to load up and finally get started, as my terrible laptop had run out of memory and was loading dayz up very slowly, finally as I can finally see, I am prone, next to a wooden house, I attempt to stand but my leg is broken, I begin to look at my inventory to find a morphine, sadly no luck, short moments after i close my inventory some man runs up to me, With and SKS I presume and raises it and shoots me multiple times, While im on the floor, After finally my game is loading, at somewhat 2~6 fps.

I would also want to add that Artyom Buck was not a member of our group and that I do not know who he is, and that he was killed during our firefight.

As I would also like to add, that I had only killed you after Mathew, Was shot and I was in cover, Only to double tap your dead body, Mostly for RP reasons, as i had thought that you were dead causing your boys to start shooting at us. Just for clarity, I was the one who shot you the first time, and then I finished you off by the house that looks slightly like a barn. You were crawling prone next to the house, I recognised you as one of the assailants/person I had shot at, and sprayed my SVD into you. I believe some of the hit/kill logs are not 100% up-to-date.

Posting my PoV because the Staff Team requested it:

    During the initiation, I was by the two houses near the rear of the Pog's Church, the one with the well as overwatch. After Matthew and Clay were killed, I went to the small strip of forest to the right of the Church (If you're facing West on the map, or just walking out of the doors) and went prone to possibly pick anyone off. Phil was going around and I was trying my best to cover him. Through the entire encounter, I fired only 3 single shots, and that was after someone with a Winchester or some sort of rifle shot at me and missed, and I was returning fire out of annoyance. I bumped into Charlie (He had a PU scope on his SKS, not sure if it's the same guy in this report or not, surname might've been different.) and I told him I was only returning fire after being fired upon and I had nothing to do with the situation. We parted quickly and that was that, and the extent of my interaction and or involvement with the report.

    Our original goal was to capture Clay and make him pay for what he's done to Nick, and all the suffering and crap he's done to the other Survivors around Chernarus, but unfortunately he was killed and that was that, the rest was a chaotic firefight.

My POV

My character has a long bloody filled history with Mr.Diamond so when i heard that the regs were going to GM i joined so i go to wait in Pog and i see a man run in the house i was in ( i was lagging down to two frames at that time ) so he seemed almost to appear and when he spoke i recognized his voice the moment he spoke. After that i proceeded to say and i quote on TS very loudly may i add "Holy s*** guys clay diamonds here double time it here!" After we meet we begin to RP and i don't expose my self assuming he dosent recognize me we trade mask mainly because ive seen him rob people for them so we trade he says lets go in the church and light a fire i agree and we go he stops to take a drink and cut some sticks we then go to the church clay begins to light fire and Michael and Matthew run in and say " Clay diamond hands up!" clay responds with " Ok ok give me a second give me a second". Soon after Matthew was gunned down and in a hail of bullets Matthew and Clay drop i was under the assumption that Clay was killed in the cross fire from Matthews murderer so me and Michael take cover at each side of the church and take defensive potions i shot Clays body in the head for RP reasons we wait in the church while are friends give over watch and covering fire after 3-4 mins me and Michael leave the church and go behind and run to a house and half way there Michaels game crashes so i run off to the woods he comes back in and is knocked out i bandage him he losses connection once more so i run to the woods he comes back and is killed in front of me i take shots at his killer but he escapes so i grab his M4 and run south and i am pursued and i take i believe three shots and i run while bleeding i reach a treeline and bandage and i keep running and i escape.

IF you had waited and one of your boys was shot then you could have given me some rp and executed me if you really wanted to. But you didnt. Were Clay posing a direct threat to you at that moment?

 When he said," Wait, wait, wait!" it was an obvious excuse for him to stall so his friend Shoo can come in and try to play hero. By the time Matthew and Shoo died, we had given him ample time to comply, put his hands up or do something to submit. When Shoo shot, and Clay still didn't comply with our simple demands (Putting hands up)...

 He was indeed a threat. He wasn't restrained and was still armed with an automatic weapon on his back and whatever else he might have in his inventory

 Shoo also showed no value for his friend's life by busting in a room where he didn't know the situation and open fire when Matthew was so close to Clay. Instead of RolePlaying, he immediately executed his KoS rights because he could, which involved him being a Stormtrooper and busting a door of a church open and spraying people down

I was in a fire lighting animation when killed... I was killed within 5 seconds of the initiation. I got the initiation while lighting the fire and was dead before i stopped lighting the fire.

Clay was a big threat one of are guys was dead Clay was not cuffed and had a fully auto rifle on his back and if we were to go to restrain him we would have been shot from the guys outside the church.

Yeah, I'm sure he could have lit you on fire with those matches. If you can't properly take someone hostage, don't attempt to.

5 seconds to comply while in An animation is not "Ample time* I said wait because i thought you were gonna kill me while in animation and you did anyways.. You could have given rp. In no way shape or form was a threat of any caliber. You simply killed me once you heard shots from outside the church. There is no execution rights there. There was no rp. There was no nothing. You killed me in 5 seconds. That is not how you take a hostage/exectue/ give rp. Regardless of you not "seeing" me in animation your friends did and you BOTH lit me up the SECOND there was a shot. Notice how My logs have you BOTH shooting me at the same time.. YOU BOTH shot me for zero reason. I was not a threat in the slightest bit

We valued his life by trying to save him. And just pointing out that he was no threat whatsoever.

Phill Stevens POV: Doing some overwatch of the group when they initiated on clay. I was outside of the church watching the surrounding area. When I saw two men shooting into the chruch from outside. They had guns pointed at the door of the church. They were watching near the well. I went into motion swinging around behind the men and taking shots from a close distance. I killed one and injured another. I chased the man until i got behind the church where I saw another person hiding with an mp5. I started to get shot at so I got into better position and chased the mp5 man to a tree in a open field where I killed him (Bled out). Then got shot at by a Sniper on a hill. After I got shot I ran away to Tate. Things slowed down from there on.
