Detailed description of the events:

Got robbed by the accused near vybor, They meta gamed that i was with clay through the report that ethereal put up last night im assuming, as i would never openly admit in game on batista that I am with clay,specifically so i know that people are meta gaming if they claim that. They send me on my way, my boys were kinda following us the entire time, I happen upon Lachland and we give chase all the way to Myshkino tents in the hills near the debug to the west. Charlie takes a shot and kills one (Artyom i think) then server crashes. We hop in TS after checking S1 player list to see if they were there, they wernt. We agree to all log back on S2 the second it comes back up, We all log on and wait in our spots- we all had a 60 second timer and ridiculous please wait bosses. The second the accused logs in he just sprints away. If server had not crashed he would NOT have been able to run south being that we had 2 people in tents looking towards debug forest zone, he would have been dead. And we had 3 in the forest closer to debug all near there and did not see him run away therefore he ran right away as soon as he was connceted.

Negative. I did not metagame through a report. Upon meeting you tonight IC'ly, it was quite obvious you was rolling with Clay. First of all, Clay chooses his members wisely, I like to sit back and observe people, that is what I did. I watched the way you acted and made my own judgement. I literally assumed you was with Clay, however I did not know if it was true. We had planned to lure someone from Green Mountain orignally, that was our main goal.

You were the friendliest to us, thus we took you out of Green Mountain, however shortly after my group took you away, I hung back slightly, whilst doing so I bumped into Clay, who was running in the same direction. From that, I knew you had some kind of communication, or I atleast assumed so. It was fishy to say the least. So after that, I caught up with my group, we proceeded to rob you, now during the small time period, I was beginning to get paranoid, as Clay and I had just spoken less than 500 meters away.

We cuffed you, took you to another spot, proceeded to take your things, after finding out if you were a 'believer.' - We asked you many questions about god, and you basically told us you didn't believe, yadda yadda.

Anyway, after this, we all split up, myself and Artyom booked it into the dense forest, which just so happened to be Myshkino. Now, we ran for what felt like a good ten minutes afterwards, we did not stop. After passing Myshkino, my friend Artyom stopped momentarily, within that time period, he was struck in the back with a round, it took me a few seconds to realize he was dead. I quickly began sprinting away, until of course, I was kicked from the server.

After this, I waited in TS, speaking to Artyom, that was until someone named Brandon came into our comms and basically we discussed what to do next. We said we'd join the next server to open, Brandon spoke with staff then returned and said S2 or S3 would be up. I kept refreshing my browser, I saw S3 was up, I joined, then I was poked by Brandon to go to S2, so I logged out and logged into server two, I had a sixty second timer.. After that I began sprinting, I didn't stop. Brandon then came on Teamspeak and asked where I had went, and basically asked if I had waited four minutes. I told him I did not, and he said alright. We then went to a community helper together, we discussed things.. The community helper then said he was free to solve it in TS or make a report.

That is my side of this..

I didn't metagame, I merely observed your character, made my own judgement and it just so happens that I was correct about it. I didn't even know your name IC'ly, I hadn't pulse checked you, nor used any OOC information. Plus, whilst at GM, it was Artyom who got to know you, not me. I just watched and listened to everyone and I infact questioned Clay about joining him in attempts to confuse you guys.

Charlie Chaska POV:

We are meeting at GM, and there are people that we've recently gotten into situations with there. Hebee is in the tower, and is invited to follow the group of 4 or 5 towards Vybor. Clay, Brandon, Lachlan, and myself follow at a distance because we are sure that they are going to rob Hebee because we know most if not all of them due to negative IC interactions. We follow until we hear that Hebee is being held up in a forest near Vybor/Pustoshka. We search the area, trying to find eyes on the situation, but we keep losing sight of them. According to Hebee, the robbery consisted of running away from us, and then they chose to stop and give him a very short robbery.

Anyways, as soon as he's let go, we find him, give him a radio, and we give chase to two of the men that robbed him. We chase them through the woods near Lopatino to the woods above Myshkino tents. I head them off and spot the two of them where they begin to scope out the tents. I kill one from higher up the hill and the server crashes literally right after that. We get in contact with them on TS and they agree to log back in when S2 comes back. We all log back in, with all of my side staying within 10 feet of where we logged in. Artyom logged in to see whether or not he was alive, but he died, so he was fine to log out. We wait in our positions for at least 5 minutes, after seeing nobody, but knowing he was in the server, we give up on finding him. Later, Brandon (Jezza27) speaks to the second one who logged back in and he admits to running away immediately after logging in, completely ignoring the 5 minute (give or take) grace period. This was abusing game mechanics, as he used the server crash to get away before we could resume the situation.

ARTYOM POV: So we met a man at GM, and at gm i began to notice suspicious activity outside in the treelines. Another man in the tower noticed this aswell and pointed out another person eventually. I decided it would be best if we were to leave in order to avoid a usual GM robbery. So eventually we met up outside GM, dicussed usual things with this man we met. When we mentioned another group of people, he said he had bad experience with them. Our characters actually had an association with this group but we decided to keep that quiet for a while. Of course eventually we restrained this man, all was good rp, talking about a few things and a suspicion we had. After taking his radio we moved him along to another treeline and eventually let him go, telling him his radio is on the floor and he has to come back after ten minutes. We left and of course due to our suspicion that he was associated with others, we ran through the far west side of the map and ended up close to the tent area. Infact in a treeline. I went to switch weapons and as that happened i was killed. This is when the whole server restart happened and we discussed over TS that we'd get back on S2/3. I saw that s2 was on, logged on to check if i died and i had. It was a few minutes over 1am so i decided to leave and turn off my pc.

Do you understand why I put this up ethereal And how you did in fact break a rule, I don't necessarily want you to get banned for this rather to just. For you to learn that abusing a server restart to get out of an un escapable situation is in fact a rule break we followed you from just south of vybor all the way there and had you surrounded you would not of escaped if the server hadn't crashed. Because from your PoV and conversations you had with Brandon you seem to think you did nothing wrong
