Detailed description of the events: I walked up to Green Mountain to meet a friend. I had a fully decked out M4 which obviously made me a target. I stood around for less than a minute, someone stood infront of me whilst I was in a corner, so I moved out of the way, and walked around them. I was then met with multiple gunshot wounds, I went down and tried to raise my hands, I was executed. I listened in on the death screen. They claimed I had killed their friend yesterday.. Thing is, yesterday I looked completely different, I hadn't spoke, nor announced my name. They had -NO- way of knowing who I was. Plus it was dark. It was blatant KOS.

'Kosed our friend.' - I was attacked and I defended myself. I had a conversation with the person today, and we settled things out together without the need of a report. It was something entirely different. You couldn't have identified me at all, as I was killed earlier today by a bug, which resulted in me having entirely different gear tonight. As I walked up into the compound, you people came close to me, clearly checking my pulse. You had no way of knowing my identity, I had a mask on, I did not speak and I didn't have the same clothing. You had no way of identifying me as the shooter.

In regards for me 'running outside.' - I was in a corner, someone stood infront of me and I moved away, I was then shot in the back. I did not 'run away' from anything. - I was killed for non compliance how? Once I am down on my stomach, bleeding, the only thing I could have done was raise my hands, but no. I was swiftly executed..

IC'ly you had no knowledge that I had previously killed your friend. You killed me without a reason. So don't try to make out like your actions were justified. I'm sure admins can see the logs.

Edit: If I was 'running away' why would I not book it for the front gates?

I was in the tower yesterday when you shot Flurroz, I also saw you run down the mountain away after kiling him for no reason I saw you shot him wearing a Cowboy hat, black skull balaclava, while weilding an m4 and wearing a white armband. Pretty specific items to have, We had in character knowledge of what the shooter looked like and when you rolled up with the same look we had every right to initiate on you, you cant claim that we couldnt posibly recognize you if you didnt change your look a single bit.

That's odd. We only decided to use white armbands today, so I'm not sure where you pulled that from! Anyone one of the 'True Believers' group can confirm this. The guy I had shot yesterday raised a shotgun towards me in the middle of a fire fight. That's completely unrelated. Things were settled with him. He had spoken to me on Teamspeak and we dealt with things together. I didn't have anything specific minus the balaclava and M4. Bare in mind, I only found the attachments for it today, so if you'd like to get really specific.. There is still no way of you knowing who I was, you didn't even talk to me for confirmation, you just engaged.. Yesterday, I wore full TSKO or whatever it's called. I came to GM tonight with black cargo pants and a green rain jacket, so can you please tell me how I was anything similar?

Plus, I'm pretty sure you had no KOS rights on me, I mean, it was many many hours ago, plus anybody could have killed your friend. And again, it was obvious you were pulse checking me. I chose to ignore it, I didn't expect to get shot instantly like that. It was a total mood killer.

MY POV: You were initiated on and you didn't comply. You immediately sprinted out of the building and we killed you. Plain and simple. You were killed for non compliance. You were wearing the same exact stuff as from yesterday, you sounded the same, and you had a rare gun (m4) like last night. You matched the description perfectly. It's also suspicious that you happened to go in a full sprint out of the building when you were initiated on. You probably didn't run straight for the front gates because you were going to use the guard building as cover and/or try to slip out through one of the holes in the wall or just try to run out the front gates from there.

We did communicate to you. We initiated on you via VoIP and you ran off. We shot you. Leave the rest to the admins to decide unless there is further evidence to prove either side of the story.

in character we saw someone dressed like you killing our friend therefore when you showed up tonight we were going to initiate on you and interrogate you about it but you decided you were just going to run away and not comply. So you died. And now you are saying there was no initiation which there was so i really don't understand what you are event trying to get at.

1) If you want rp comply

2) We had every IC reason to initiate

3) You should of complied

4) If you had complied you wouldnt have died

5) We were not informed that you talked it out with Flurroz, either way that is an OOC conversation not IC which still- we had IC reasons to initiate and try to bring his killer to justice.

I was at the mountain for less than two minutes. I walked through the gates, walked to the prison because I could see my friend inside. As I walked inside, a guy walked behind me and I ended up getting cornered. Nothing was said. I felt uncomfortable and I moved around the guy, I wasn't quite sure what he was doing. Upon walking into the compound the same guy walked up to me without saying anything, so I assume he checked my pulse. After I had moved away, I was shot in the back by multiple people. So I quickly tried to raise my hands as I was unsure as to what I had done wrong, then I see someone stand above me and execute me on the spot. This all happened in literally ten seconds. I didn't receive any initiation. The time between being creeped out as he backed me into a corner and being shot was about three seconds.. It was ruthless.
