Server and location: Server 2, Green Mountain

Approximate time and date of the incident (SERVER TIME): Unclear

Daytime or Night-time: Day, I think It was about to be night soon.

Your in game name: Sean Frazer

Names of allies involved: Levi Thorn

Name/Skin of suspect/s: One Asian, rest white, with one white female. approximently 5-8.

Suspects weapon/s: AKM, one M4A1, SKS, UMP45. etc.

Friendly/Enemy vehicles involved (if any): None.

Additional evidence? (video/screenshot): None.

Detailed description of the events 

Me and my partner Levi spawn into Green Mountain and was approached by several people after a while of chatting we lead up to me finding a note that says, "I can kill you all so easily". Once they saw it we walked around little bit inside of the compound next to the military building with jail cell inside of it, and the girl took off her pants for some reason and we started calling each other weirdos and then some. When all the sudden someone typed in along the lines of, "This a hold up put your hands in the air." Since they typed it in it was unclear who they were talking to and who was doing the robbery. After so me and Levi ran after someone yelled "RUN! THEY ARE TRYING TO ROB US!!!" We proceeded to run behind the guardhouse and shot at by an SKS I believe and so I turned around and shot at him with the MP5 and killed him. After running away from confirming the kill I was shot 3 times by an SKS and was knocked unconsciousness. Once Levi had bandaged me he was trying to stick a saline into me. He was approached by the man with the UMP and just straight up shot Levi in the head. No words given. I woke up to be seen handcuffed and then the server had reset.

When all the sudden someone typed in along the lines of, "This a hold up put your hands in the air." Since they typed it in it was unclear who they were talking to and who was doing the robbery. After so me and Levi ran after someone yelled "RUN! THEY ARE TRYING TO ROB US!!!"

Seems like you recieved the initiation and completely understood it. /solved

PoV- We initiated on these guys and 3 or 4 people didnt comply and paid the ultimate price of their life.

We initiated on you.  We did as you called me an "Asian cunt".  You didn't comply, you and your friend were killed.  Levi was killed first.  We handcuffed you resulting in the server crashing and you dying.  If someone yells to put your hands up, best thing to do it surrender if you do not know your enemies. I am sorry you died as we were going to take you hostage unfortunately the server crashed.

Hey Sean if anyone broke rules it was you. Josh was not apart of our TS, we do not even know who he is OOC except Shoo, and Shoo wasn't there. Josh was not shooting at you, Will was, so you just Kosed Josh. He fell unconsciousness and the server crashed. He switched to s3 where he later died, most likely to a bug or something.

So we were all standing in a circle pretty much when all of a sudden someone yelled to run so I ran. I was planning on just running out of the front gate when I hear my buddy's MP5 going off so I turn around to try to help and I accidentally run right out into crossfire and get shot in the leg. After that Sean was on the ground unconscious so I bandaged him and began to inject him with a saline when a man with a UMP came around the corner and killed me.

That is a lie, you waited 20 seconds after the initiation to run. You did not comply. The person who said the initiation was 10 feet in front of you. You ran and both died.

Umm you're saying I'm a liar when I never said anything about how long I waited to run. I didn't notice the initiation until after I was told to run because they were trying to rob us. So don't call me a liar because that's a very strong accusation when I haven't accused you of anything,

William Rogers PoV: I was at GM when me and my friends decided to initiate on the compound. I text initiated (Will be shown in chat logs) as well as waited for people to read the message. You didn't comply and as a result you were killed. Requesting a Admin to show the chat logs.

I was unaware some people were into the cross fire of my MP5 and I am most certainly sorry, my intentions were to shoot the one that I topped with a head shot. And first of all, I am always looking at the chat and health indications that pop up on the in the bottom left. And we waited for a good 3-7 seconds for anyone to respond, I was one of the first to respond to the poor initiation with. "Woah what's going on here?!" After some one had put their arms up some one had yelled about the run thing and so we did and if you say we waited for 20 seconds it's clear you can't keep up with time. After we proceeded to run the man with the Ak-74 I believe, either that or UMP, they sprayed at me and Levi after we turned around the wall I saw he was pursuing us and I returned the favor. It's not my fault he couldn't shoot for shit. As I said, I'm sorry for the few that were in cross fire. And none of you guys posted the thumbnail with a possible POV of everything that had happened, maybe you guys think you give your self credit over one another. Not sure all the things admins may do so sorry if I am wrong upon that. And that being said, who ever said my friend is lying. Your are the most I mature admin I have ever seen. Lying on a formal report and as well trying to blame others. I was not being disrespectful but now you have my full atention. You can indeed lie to everyone to cover your own ass. But surely Levi and I sure as hell didn't lie. Either your confused or your lying on purpose. Either way what happened at Green Mountain happened. Now let's all get everything straight. And be respectful and honest or else this community you people have will just be nothing. You can try and ban me but it wouldn't have a direct reason. Now if the YouTuber that was there recording. Post it up and we will all see how it exactly happened. And the fact not everyone knew each other's names and so on, it wasn't clear who was doing what. So we took action. I love the thing the community has going and I enjoy playing upon the server. And I'm sure all of you do as well. Good day.

That you clearly had enough time to read the initiation, you ran not because someone told you to. You heard the initiation, ran for cover and didn't comply. I had legit KoS rights and -snip-. With that said I will not reply unless requested to by a member of staff.

First of all, this report began mainly because the poor initiation with main reason was the one doing the start of it all, typed in game and did not use a mic. Not giving everyone the choice and immediate option to respond to the robbery. And me personally I was waiting for the people doing the robbery to start aiming around and tell basically what William had typed. And straight up shoot at him and anyone that decided to aim at me after. I looked at the chat logs, and time of shooting that did indeed come into contact with a body. And it does seem nobody did realize an initiation was happening intill some one had raised their arms in the air. So that was a my bad for being stubborn. Which does mean everyone basically did not get a fair chance of responding to the situation or the people starting the action. Therefore someone with a mic should of had started an iniation so everyone could get a fair chance instead of taking for ever for someone to notice and then everyone is wondering what in the hell is going on. And I did not indeed call anyone an, "Asian Cunt" so... All I said when everyone was still friendly to each other while the initiation was going on was, "WOAH, whats going on here?!" Hoping someone would say something like. "The guys in the ex... ex... are trying to rob us." But instead some one said RUN! So it felt natural to just.. run off. After being sprayed at but not hit I believe it was Clay, after seeing him drop I decided to turn around and make sure he was dead. While I was shooting at Clay, Josh was in line of fire from me shooting Clay, and if the server did crash when ever Josh when he was still knocked out he did indeed die. I am not sure if it would of been considered KOS but it did indeed happen. And if anyone decides that it is KOS give me the punishment. Shit happens is all I got to say about what happened during the cross fire.

And William, you should highely consider getting a mic for a complete role play with everyone if not considering so already. And if you do have one you probably should have used it. Anyone that was with him in the group should consider using someone/several people with a mic to do such action and prohibit such action of this happening again.

- and you started to run after you had enough time - Non compliance -  how would you like to proceed with this report?

Clarification:

To use Text as an initiation is completely fine. It is the choice of the person to use Text or voice or maybe both. To initiate in Text also will appear in the logs, which can be used as evidence, if someone can´t record. If someone can´t record, a Text initiation is the better choice.

Only if it comes to vehicle initiations we requiere both, text and voice.
