Detailed description of the events ok so a group of around 6 of us were in novy sobor, we were all having rp and were fist fighting on the road both for fun and a couple ig reasons, then these guys start telling us to put up our hands, kenji Oshiro (djhato)  thinking it was only one tried to shoot the guy but died in the process, the guys then shot me and maybe two others and didn't bandage or make  any effort to help, they then told us to move to the church, one said move fast so  a guy ran to the church and he was shot at but not killed, later bandaged, then the lined us up against the steps told us to drop our backpacks and vests they then came around and picked up what they wanted and 2 or 3 ran out whilst 2 stayed in the church, we were then told to drop our weapons and run out the door which we done, we met some people trying to help outside and got some guns and pushed on the church to find they weren't there ( where the possible combat logging comes in ) not sure if they slipped out but I'm pretty sure someone had eyes on the door at all times.

Albert Johnson POV: One of the robbers me and my group had come to Novy Sober looking for more supplies we noticed a group of people not very well armed being low on medical supplies and ammo and in need of new equipment we decided we would save time and just take what we needed by force, we engaged the group and one of them shot one of us and in the process 2 people got caught in the crossfire, trying to make sure no one else was going to do anything stupid we pushed the group together and then had the man bandaged after we knew where everyone was and had the situation completely under control, while moving a group of three to the church i told them to turn around and quickly move to the church as they kept turning around and stopping the one man put is arms down and ran for the church looking like he was tring to escape i fired on him "Telling people to move faster doesnt mean but your hands down and run" after we had everyone in the church we had them remove there backpacks and vest so we could collect the supplies we needed and move on when one of our men went outside he was shot in the head so i started warning them to tell there friend to come to the church or i would start killing hostages at this moment in OOC everyone started to say they didnt have any friends outside, we decided instead of accidently killing the wrong people we had the group drop there guns and turn to the door and all run out at the same time the remaining members slipped into the crowd and ran out with them and escaped into the night.

You can say that we robbed you for gear cause we did thats what a robbery is for and some of our members actually needed gear, we were low on food and had no medical supplies left.

If you need video i can upload a video, this is a post-apocalypse game on a RP server such as that i treat it as such gear, food, and medical supplies are hard to come by at times so "Take what you need, Trust no one" not everyone is going to be nice during an apocalypse or trusting!

Qin Wang POV: I was part of the people who initiated. My friend Eli, initiated on these people whiles they were fist fighting. Once my friend initiated a guy turned around and raised his gun and shot and killed my friend. I then began to shoot the guy who shot my friend and he dropped dead. We continued to fire upon the people who were running. We shot one guy in the back and one in the front. The guy in the front got patched up and I ordered another guy to patch the guy in the back up. I was not going to bandage a person while these people may have friends watching us. I valued my life, so I ordered someone else to bandage him. We then proceeded to order the people into the church and my friend, Albert, told them to hurry up, which one guy decided to run towards the church. My friend thought he was running so he shot him. Once all of the people got into the church, Albert ordered someone to patch the guy up. Albert then ordered the people to drop their backpacks and vests. Once they dropped all of their vests and backpacks I started to empty out ammo so they can not turn on us when we leave. When I went to empty more ammo I was side stepping and I got shot in the head. My friends heard the shot and ordered the people to drop their weapons. Once they dropped their weapons, my friend Albert and Bo ordered them to run out. Once they ran out my friends followed behind them and escaped the enemies eyes.

no I'm not expecting to come out of it and everything be all sunshine and rainbows but most hostile rp I have been involved in has been enjoyable you know its generally better if you acutally role play with someone rather than I want your stuff give it to me now or ill shoot btw is the lmao really necessary?

Im playing a hostile character we talked to you and explained why we were doing what we did, there are times to give a nice lengthy RP and times to keep it short and to the point im sorry you didnt enjoy it but your not really suppose to its a robbery im not looking to give you a story or wanna know your story i wanna get what i came for and leave before anyone else comes along, yes im playing on a RP server but that in mind your suppose to treat it almost like a real life situatian which we went above and beyond a realistic situation i believe.

Max Cage's POV: so, yeah we were fist fighting etc, kenji came along, got initiated on and tried to kill the guy, kenji died and then they shouted put your hands up. We ALL did, and they still shot every single one of us. I didn't get any medical attention AT ALL. They just shot 4 complying hostages... In the end I told them I was going to report this If i died, and I put my hands down and bandaged myself. They took us into the church, stripped us of all our gear, made us leave our backpacks and weapons on the floor and told us to run out the door. We came back a few minutes later with about 7 guys, the robbers had either EXTREMELY quickly looted our packs and weapons and ran, or logged out.

Bo Wang POV- I was with Albert, Qin, and Eli, Like my friend said, we were short on medical supplies and food/ammunition. We arrived in Novy to find all of you guys walking throughout the town, and fist fighting for a while. I was about 125 yards away from you guys and my allies and was providing recon and overwatch to try and keep tabs on everyone in the area, we did this for about 10-15 minutes while Qin was in town trying to get ant info he could as to what groups were there and who was who. Once Eli initiated on the group of you guys w/ both Qin and Albert, one of you did not comply even though you were all caught off guard and chose to basically kill himself by shooting at Eli, which seemed like NVFL, but that's another issue. Ultimately both Eli and Kenji died, and from what i saw some of you were caught in the crossfire due to Kenji's actions from Eli and possibly myself, but logs will show what happened. After the initiation i continued to provide overwatch for my friends who were then moving you all to the church. As to some of the events that occurred in game at the church I have limited info bc i was watching over the area. the situation became under control and i moved in towards the church to assist w/ looking for the supplies we were in need of. To be honest for the brief time i was there so many of you were talking over eachother that it made hearing any of you very difficult which made it hard to even try and have a conversation, And while i was there the amount of OOC started to sour the whole thing with threats of reports before our interaction was even over, Then when Qin was shot outside, with no initiation the whole thing became even more chaotic, bc we now had an active shooter which made rping much more difficult than it already was, and then you all began to inform us in OOC that this was not any of your friends, With that we decided to take what we really needed and forced everyone to drop there weapons bc we decided to release all you of at once and order you to run so we could then mix in the crowd and escape out the church doors with you to make it much harder for any allies you may have had to take a shot, and we literally just ran and got away and stayed on, we didn't combat log. Logs will prove so. I would like to request the kill logs for Qin Wang to clarify if it was one of there allies or someone that just decided to KoS Qin. Thanks in advance.

I was knocked unconscious from a fist fight when I heard them hold up my allies, when I woke up I saw Kenji dead on the floor and everyone with their hands up. I was bleeding and patched myself up after asking for permission tons of times, Max on the other hand was ignored even if everyone was shouting out he was hurt. I kept saying I had medical equipment to help him (morphine, epipen, blood bag, IV, blood test kit) but they didn't use it. When we were moved into the church I dropped my backpack and vest that this medical equipment was in, but even if you state that you needed medical equipment, none of it were taken. So we used it afterwards to help eachother back to good health, I took blood and gave it to Max, and I know that Oisin used a morphine (dont know if this will show up in the logs?)

I got a call over the radio that two of my friends were being held up in the novo church. My friends said 3 men were robbing them along with other people they had just met. It was night time, I ran over to the church to see the two men inside the church with guns aiming down the sights at my friends and other people I did not know. The third guy was outside the church (Qin Wang). I got confirmation from my friends being held up in the church that he was one of the robbers. At that point I took the shot and turned my attention towards the church. After I fired the two people inside who were holding my friends and others hostage panicked and wound up leaving the church. I was unable to find them afterwards and wound up going to sleep. (Logging off) In no way was this a KOS or Gear over RP. I had never shot anyone or robbed anyone on dayzrp since I started playing. I didn't loot the dead body of the person I shot. This was strictly me trying to save my friends from annoying bandits who were robbing them at the time. If I didnt help when I did things could have gotten a lot worse for everyone inside the church.

From everything I just read through, there are some things i'd like to point out, For starters we did obtain a good amount of medical supplies and some food/ammo etc. As for Mike Graz i'd like to know how close were you to us at the Novy church when you got said radio call? and how would have anyone been able to contact you at gunpoint with there hands in the air ? And how were you able to identify Qin as one of the robbers? as he was under equipped and was removing different items like clothing as the robbery progressed and his appearance has changed rapidly and could have been easily another person who was just scavenging what he could and escape, they certainly wouldnt have been able to radio you all the details while armed men were a foot away with there hands in the air inside of the church.

And I didnt want to approach you guys to rp because you were all BANDITS and I was completely outnumbered. If I would have approached you guys you simply would have robbed me like you did with the rest of the group. I was well within my rights to take the shot.

I was approx 3miles away from Novy church during the time I got the radio call. As for them contacting me, they said they didnt have their hands in the air a lot of the time. They said they spent very little time at all with their hands in the air. Qin was identified as one of the robbers because they told me Qin left the church and they told me exactly where he ran to and what he was wearing. As for the where the men were inside the church at the time of my arrival, my friends said they were in complete opposite corners of the church.

The people where facing the church wall no way they could have seen were he was going unless they can see through walls in the church they had there hands up the entire time except to take off equipment and for one person to bandage another player, as for the killing of Qin, you only have KOS rights if you were recently part of the group and were within 500 meters of the conflict which you werent from your statement now we aren't going to make a report but for future reference you would have to initiate on the people in question if im wrong i would love to have an admin tell me cause that would make my life so much easier in game.

As for the equipment we got, we ended up getting Ammo, Clothing (Backpack replacement/vests), and Medical Supplies (Bandages/Morphine)
