Why the verdict is not fair:

I feel that it is fair in a way but i just feel that a full 3 day ban and 10 warning points is a bit harsh for less than a minute.

Additional statements/comments explaining your point of view:

I feel that a full ban & points seems a little harsh since it was only like 50 seconds or close to that at least and i only done it because a few of us confirmed that people that had KOS on me and Visa versa weren't on the server any more so i swapped to check the server and the area they were in just in case they had switched names and then swapped back on the exact same roof i killed the guy so i didn't gain any kind of advantage.

I also had no real way of telling the exact second i shot the guy. I did my best to wait the 15 mins to log out of the server and missed it by less than a minute. Yes i could have asked a member of staff but i have been told in the passed that the logs aren't to be given out unless they are being posted in a report. I also didn't want to tab out in case one guy climbed up and killed me while i was tabbed out.

What would you like to achieve with this appeal:

Ban and points removed, Maybe a verbal warning. At the very least i would like my points removed.

What could you have done better?:

Started a timer from the second i shot the guy i suppose.

As Roman stated in the original verdict:

"We don't make exceptions to the rule since then all of suddenly people would start logging off before 15 minutes."

We cannot make an exception for you, as we would have to make exception to everyone else. This would be unfair. That also means we do not revoke or shorten the ban or points.

You received the standard punishment like everyone would receive.

The original verdict is justified.
