If I can't do absolutely anything, how can I reinstall it?! Also I don't have enough money to send it to a repair shop and I don't have a recovery disc!

You know, there is a link there for a reason...

Reinstall Windows by putting your windows disk in the cd drive?

Follow prompts.

Also. "Windows won't answer" makes no sense...

Unless you are trying to load Windows through a 56k modem...

I think I just lost faith in humanity... How can you possibly not see a link?

It tells us nothing!

Explain the entire problem here and not on Reddit.

Use your phone and take a photo of the problem.

I just started up my PC for the first time today and I got a problem that I've never got before! Windows won't reply at all! Even in safe mode it won't answer! I really need it to work because I got homeworks on it that I have to finish tomorrow! The desktop and toolbar is completly frozen!

I'm writing this from my phone btw

Let's assume it's a software (not hardware) related problem.

You can try running a System Restore in Safe Mode, if it offers a previous date you can use to return to.

Otherwise, you could take a good look at Disk Management, to see if you have an in-built recovery partition on your hard disk. If you're not sure what to look for, you can create a screenshot and put the image here.

If there's such a partition, then you can check the manual how to restore it.

Apart from these, there's the reinstallation. You can download the installer disk from legit source, and use the product key that you already have (probably on a sticker somewhere on the computer).

Small edit: Did not see that you wrote "Even in safe mode"..

What messages are displayed on startup?

Try switching your boot device to your Win7 CD-ROM to rule out hardware issues other than your HDD.

I tried the system recover but it didn't find any (Wich is odd because I always make a recovery point every other week)

Well, You are running out of options here.

Take your computer to service or re install windows.

Don't know what else to tell you with the info given.

I have a solution, first off open the window (since you're low on founds), then carry the computer to the windowsill (rip it loose or disconnect the cables, personal preference), now aim for the neighbours rottweiler...then tell your teacher "dog ate my homework".

Or re-install windows...

Most likely an error in the system files that require reinstallation.
