Teamspeak not allowing me to start dayz

Question

Scouser    115

These problems are getting worst, I have noticed that when I launch Teamspeak first then try and play Dayz it doesn't allow me to click I understand on the loading screen. But when I launch dayz first it's okay and let's me click I understand. Anyone know what's going on?

Do you use a 3rd party program along with TS? Like Overwolf?

This may or may not work, but you could try to minimize TeamSpeak before launching DayZ. This works for me.

I had a similiar problem a while ago. This was ocurring because of my G19 LCD screen had a TS app and it caused DayZ to not launch either. It does sound like another 3rd party program is blocking it.

Hi the DarkMelon,

When this issue Occurs does your Cursor change to the DayZ one? If it doesn't you just need to hit Alt+Tab at the same time, which will minimize DayZ and just pull it up. It just thinks your TS is the top program overriding Dayz.

Does this answer your question ?

No it is a regular cursor and it doesn't allow me to alt tab

Ok that is very strange that you can alt tab,  You can always ctrl+alt+delete and then it should minimize and then just bring it back up again and it should be fixed.

to avoid this issue though you should run TS as Admin , and minimize it before you launch dayZ. Then alt-tab  or ctrl-alt-del when this issue occurs.

Does this answer your question?
