Question

Scouser    115

Hi I've noticed a lot of members on the forum have a picture at the very bottom when they post of the forums, how do I put an image on for my account or do you need to be a certain type of survivor for example experienced survivor. Any help would be much appreciated

You need 100 forum posts in order to set a signature in your profile.

Go by "user CP"

The next thing will be listed on the left:

So still 60 posts to go for you!

if you're a donator, can't you just do it regardless?

Donators have the ability to do it from the beginning. Non donors require 100 posts.

Like Husky said, there should be an option to edit your signature in the link he provided.

The maximum dimensions for the picture is 750x150 (not too sure, maybe 760x150).

If you wish to have a picture there, you need to upload it to somewhere (like Imgur) and it can't be a GIF (required to be a static picture). If the signature is "small enough", you can have text under it (see my signature)

Edit: Tested with 760x150, it might be a little bit too big so 750x150 is probably the max size

You are required to have it uploaded somewhere (like Imgur) and then you copy the image URL and put it in between these in the signature edit screen

Okay, if you have a picture you want to use as a signature on your computer, go to this site (for example) and upload it to there.

When the picture has been upload, right click the picture and choose the "Copy image URL" option. Then you simply paste the link between the -pictureURL- (while editing your signature in the User CP)

Saw that you had it changed

Try this one ;)

That picture is too big to fit the dimensions (max size being 750x150)

Try making it smaller by using a photoshop or GIMP to rescale it (or I can do that if you want ;))
