Cannot Update Nvidia Driver (not dayzrp)

Question

Ok, last night I was playing DayZ and my game froze and out of no where my computer auto restarted whilst my game was frozen. So when it rebooted my resolution was completely changed and when I went into Screen Resolution through Control Panel I changed it back into 1920x1080, although now my screen doesn't fit the whole monitor and I have a black border around my screen now. So I tried launching DayZ and my frames range from 2-3 on the menu screen.

I came to the conclusion that my drivers are out of date, so I tried installing the latest version for my Graphics Card and it will install and ask me to restart my computer. I restart my computer and my resolution is still fucked, and the Driver update doesn't go through? I have tried installing the Driver 6 times now.

-pls help- This is not DayZRP related sorry if this is the wrong place, but I've ran out of ideas and have no idea what I am doing.

Not only that, but the TABS at the top are grayed out.

I don't know if this is a problem with the GPU or Geforce experience, maybe if you run Geforce experience in admin after killing it in the task manager?
