Try going to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye and delete both the files in there. Then run ArmA 2 Operation Arrowhead.

Try the above quote and tell us how it went.

Same applies. Delete the BattlEye files in your DayZ directory.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\DayZ\BattlEye

Run Steam as administrator and make sure it's re-installing the BattlEye files while DayZ launches.

If the above doesn't work, disable your firewall/AV (anti-virus) and re-install your BattlEye files.

Sorry I didn't see this earlier Snedx.

To fix this issue you'll need to go into your DayZ BattlEye Directory found using this path; C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\DayZ\BattlEye - Once you've gone to your BattlEye folder you'll have to right click on the BEClient.dll file and go down to properties. I'll include some pictures for you;

In the above picture you should see the 'Security' tab. Click on that and then go down to the 'Edit Permission' button, click it.

Make sure you give this file -full control- so it is treated as an Administrator file.

Once you've done this you should launch your game and it should re-install without any issues.

Let us know how it goes.
