Question

Today (29.11.2014) around 22:50 there was an unexpected disconnections from the server the EU, therefore, I lost my form and all four objects, in other words, suddenly I have to start all over again! What is worse is not the first time something like that's happened, because I had not written that barely lost the character started to play. Why is this happening and can I recover my items?

You are joining to soon after the crash or restart. The server takes a few mins to connect to the database.

Theres a way to fix this mate. (Well you cant now, but for future reference)

When you join the server and you notice your character is reset, LEAVE IT.

Then join the opposite server (So if your on US, leave and join EU)

You then should rollback to your alive character with all your gear.

Than, go back to the original server you were on.

Bam, fixed.

When a server restarts, you have to wait 5 or so minutes before you log back in to avoid having your character reset (losing all of your gear). Sadly, once your character is wiped, there is nothing staff can do to recover it. Trying what Vittoria said can sometimes work to acquire your gear again, however it is not a 100% fix.

Bad luck and you do not know that all of them didn't have a character wipe as well, some may have. :)
