For what? what do you plan to do with this machine?

If you want more parts for the money I recommend companies that does not take extra money for the mark.

I for example have a THOR which is a kind of unknown pc company that I got a really good price on.

If you start comparing more you will be able to save money. Also think of which parts you want :)

That looks more like a laptop than a PC to me, and a $600 laptop at that

If it needs to be a laptop check what Asus or MSI has to offer, they give more value to the money

If you can, try to find unknown PC names. I have a computer made by Avatar and it was $1,000

That included a 24 in. monitor and have an intel core i5 4570 and a GTX 760.

It runs all my games at max with at least 30 frames. Usually I get 60 frames however.

When it comes to computers look for awhile. Building a computer with my same specs would cost about the same if not more for my machine, I was really surprised when I found this deal. Good luck man!

Build your own save more money. I am sure there are people in this community who would help build you a PC that runs everything great for 700 euros.

He might not have a proper monitor and such. So, in that case it is understandable that he does not want to spent less money on a desktop and have to buy a mouse, keyboard and so on.
