Sending a diplomatic letter to Norsefire

All Diplomatic inquiries must be sent to the Diplomatic Secretary of Norsefire, Darren Rothermere. Any letters sent to any other member of Norsefire will be ignored. If you cannot follow these simple instructions, it proves to us that the issue is not important enough for us to give our attention. After receiving the letter, it will be received by the Diplomatic Secretary. After it has been reviewed, it will be brought to the attention of the High Chancellor, Commissar and Deputy High Chancellor of Norsefire. You should receive a reply to your message within a maximum of five days.

Your letter should be addressed to:

Diplomacy Office,

Compound 5,

Novy Lug,

South Zagoria,

Chernarus.

Appeals

Appeals are written by groups that are classed as Hostile by Norsefire. They are written as a form of apology to Norsefire for committing a hostile action and to request an end to the ongoing conflict. All appeals are reviewed by the Diplomatic Secretary, High Chancellor and Commissar of Norsefire. A meeting can also be arranged in person with the people named above.

- Kidnapping members of Norsefire

- Working with enemy organisations

- Executing/Killing members of Norsefire

- Committing hostilities against members of Norsefire

- Robbing members of Norsefire

- Abruptly interrupting propaganda spectacles and rallies

Out Of Character (OOC) Information

All diplomacy is handled strictly in character. Our policies are in place to provide authentic roleplay when it comes to handling diplomatic relations. We ask that you would respect that when you encounter us in-game. We base all of our diplomatic choices on in game interactions. If you have any questions regarding our diplomacy (IC or OOC) feel free to send either Pat or Mush.

[align=left]Thank you.
