Ban Appeal - DesertFoxTactics

Link to the source of punishment (report/post):

None submitted/available.

Why the verdict is not fair:

Personally, I believe that this ban was unfair and unjust as because of how it was “reported”, I was unable to state my side of the incident and was instead perma banned without question.

Additional statements/comments explaining your point of view:

I was banned for 'Posting Child Pornography' when this was completely out of context and not accurate. An inappropriate gif appeared on a social media site, after trying to explain this gif to an IRL friend over the RP TS he asked for me a link, I firstly sent it over Facebook, but he then asked for it in TS as he was not on FB. I sent the gif through the use of the teamspeak text chat and failed to realise that it was going into the channel chat & not our private message chat. He was just as disgusted as I was and the matter was quickly forgotten. We had been in the channel for around 4 hours, discussing various subjects and had also been linking to our facebook friends & to various other sites. Due to the way my teamspeak is set up, I have all my notification sounds disabled, so i was unaware that anyone else had joined the channel and would be receiving any of the messages that we posted.

I believe that this was taken out of context and the reporting member of the community & the member of staff who carried out the ban, have both got very inaccurate conclusion of me.

What would you like to achieve with this appeal:

Removal of the permaban, Addition of permanent warning points.

What could you have done better?:

Not posted the image in a public room & kept it out of RP teamspeak in the first place.

If needed, 'Dawn' can confirm what happened.

There really isn't anything to be discussed here,

You posted a disgusting and quite probably illegal picture into a public Team Speak, whether this was on purpose or accidental is irrelevant, It happened.

Appeal Denied.
