Its completely fine to change your characters last name!

Yes, you can change your IGN name as much as you like.

Just make sure it stays within the requirements.

Marking as solved, you can create/edit your player profiles as much as you like. However each character is a different life and must be treated as so. You cannot see someone on your "hero" character, log off and play your "bandit" character to rob him.
