It all depends where you search really. It's not that hard to find loot if you search really hard.

depends what you mean. If you go to cherno and electro you can get pretty much 100% geared up with toolbelt, food/drink, backpack, and other supplies. Now if your talking about high grade weapons other then AK's and such, then it gets a little more difficult. You would have to loot barracks or get in a firefight or 2 to get those.

If you were on S1 today, then there was a big problem with spawning and stuff from what I heard. Loot's easy to come by if you just keep on searching in cities, mainly supermarkets.
