Second Whitelist Problem

Hey guys, sorry for asking another question, but my first whitelist was rejected, so I am currently working on a new whitelist. As I was reading through the rules again, there seemed to be no passphrase and I am reading through the rules thoroughly but I cannot seem to find the passphrase. I forgot my first passphrase already from my first application, is it the same passphrase per application or a different one per whitelist. Anything I should do? Thanks guys.
