I was only trying to warn the guy so he didn't make it worse for him self becuase i have seen people get angry on their reports before and so I didn't want him to ruin his chances of lifting his ban

We realize that you had good intentions, however this doesn't really matter in this case. Ban appeals are to be settled between the OP and staff, and nobody else.
