[UCOCO]United Coalition of Civilian Oversight[Major WIP]

Nothing is official at all- it was a talk and this is what I summed from it- hence the [MAJOR WIP] part of the title. No groups are affiliated with this thread- it's only a personal recording of what happened today during our talk.

UCOCO:The United Coalition of Civilian Oversight. The date is 04/22/14. A group of many who's first and foremost task- is bluntly, to demolish Volki. Once that group is out of the way- we will work on the other remaining hostile powers that constantly attack civilians. Then not far after that- set up a more of organized government with the sorts of checks and balances- but we'll get into that later.

The leader of the Civilian Protection unit, Dave Morrison, started off by making contact with Task Force Whiskey- portraying an idea of a sort of alliance with all 'aid-ful' groups. The ones that aren't constantly harming or stealing civilians. In particular, Serye Volki. With TFW agreeing- Mr. Morrison set off to make contact with as many groups as possible, attempting to host a large meeting in Elektrozavodsk, TFW attempting to do the same- but with less payoffs.

The day hits and the first groups to send representatives were, of course, CPU and TFW, but along with B-17, FANGS, RC, and BHM. The day was rued and the morale was high after a rather decent speech from CPU's side, civilians and representatives agreeing with most of what was said. One of the civlians, Mr. Washington, even made plenty of valid points that was debated and agreed on by the end of the day. They spoke for hours, leaving with smiles on their faces, essentially, a friendship has started.

We hadn't achieved everything the first meeting- I mean, we still have issues with ideas, but one thing's for certain- we want Volki gone. We still haven't earned eachothers trust, which we hope to build over time. Rome wasn't built in a day. Neither will UCOCO.

Noone's part of anything- this is still an idea- not yet taking into effect, we still have some meetings to attend before we get the final roster. But we can still give B-17 a chance. EVERY group in UCOCO will have a SHORT leash for banditry.

Ironic you call us puppies, the last one to call us that was BoS and they lost every battle they fought. I expect this to go the same way.
