Did your Steam update your ArmA 2 Operation Arrowhead Beta? If so, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead\Expansion and delete the folder named "beta". Once you have done so, install the beta patch DayZRP uses. You can download that here. It worked for me when I had this problem, I hope this helps.

All I had to do to fix this was update my ArmA in DayZ Commander.
