Do you still need a rag to use it? Heard some people talk about that you didn't anymore, would be glad if someone could confirm.

As far as I know, you still need the rag. However the option to chloroform is present without it, I assume that it does not work though.

I tried chloroforming without a Rag, it said I needed the Rag in main inventory. That should answer it.

You need a rag to chloroform people, you cannot chloroform people without a rag. Tested it.
