Why the verdict is not fair:

The verdict is not fair because I was put in a situation that I sould have not put in for.

my clan mates got in a huge firefight with the Dragons and they ended up getting banned for that. I was not there for the firefight and Cal and I seen them at prud lake. Cal ran north up the hill and was followed by the Dragons. I flanked around and seen them follow him and rob him I waited for a good time to shoot them. When I opened fire on the Dragons, Cal went to run and I shot him in the head so I didn't kill any. This is a different situation than what I was banned for but for some reason this was connected to other event that they thought I attempt KoS'ed them for that, but really I gained new Kos rights when they robbed Cal.

What would you like to achieve with this appeal:

I would like to lose my warning points and days banned.

What could you have done better?:

I could have ran away from the situation and been active on the forums to explain my pov.

Since I was present at the scene when this all went down I am aware of the facts in this case, and you did indeed gain legitimate KoS rights when they robbed your friend.
