Stash deletion on s2

Question

Othuyeg    20

I logged in today to find my stashes had despawned on S2. I am inquiring about anyone else having run into the same problem and if the staff knows anything about this mystery.

The stashes did not despawn due to inactivity as I have last time checked them yesterday and juggled gear into and out of them. Also one of the stashes was built yesterday.

Edit: number of stashes confirmed to have despawned is currently five.

I've had a stash be deleted as well, after around 2 days.

It seems like it is happening to a large amount of people who own stashes, possibly a bug with the latest DayZ patch. If it happens again I would contact a staff member.

Keep in mind that staff does remove stashes that are in the middle of buildings, objects, or are unreachable in any way.

May be a stupid question, but it happens, you sure you logged onto the correct server?

May have happened when they messed up the mission files the other day when they re-added all the snow and stuff.

There was apparently something wrong in last restart with S2 and all vehicles and stashes/tents were gone. I just checked after this restart and seems that everything is back.

If you can confirm if that is the case with your stashes also? :)

I just got home, I am going to make a trip to my stashes.

UPDATE: Stashes have reappeared. Thread may now be marked as solved.
