Getting stuck on loading screen.

Question

Corks    3

So when I I try to load into the epoch server I get past the lobby by clicking OK, then I get the Epoch loading screen, I get about a quarter way through it and it gets stuck, and then later on I get kicked for lobby Idling. It only seems to happen on this server I have been on it before it only came up recently. I have tried reinstalling Epoch and have verified my Arma files, I have no idea how to fix this any help would be much appreciated.

Firewall possibly? Never seen this before... so it gets stuck until you get kicked? hmm... my bar gets stuck before theres anything in it but then it goes to the countdown while it verifies everything.. like i said it could possibly be a firewall problem. Thats the only think i can think of. Sorry i cant be more useful :/

Do you have the latest patch?

It's the dark red found here.

Or you can patch it through commander and see if that works to.

Sounds like connection issues, could be the firewall as said or is your connection working fine?

Make sure you are running ArmA 2 OA as administrator, this should fix it.

If you are using Steam or DayZ Commander or any launcher, run it as administrator when you run it.

I had a similar issue a while ago, I found out after re-installing everything (Arma 2 OA and DayZRP etc) that it was due to my firewall. I'm not saying you have the same issue but it sounds similar to what happened to me. It could be a connection/pc issue, what are your pc specs and internet speeds?
