You run Steam version?

Try verifying your game cache.

Try running the game manually without any launchers, when you run ArmA 2 OA, run it as administrator. Then once you are on the main menu go to expansions, enable Epoch mod 1.0.3.1 if you are going to play DayZRP Epoch or enable DayZRP mod if you are going to play DayZRP S1.

After doing this, if this still doesn't work, I can always talk to you over teamspeak and try and help you.

The last two check marks never tick, so don't worry about that.

I'd try running it in administrator mode too.

As magw33d said:

For DayZRP Launcher/ S1, Laucnh the DayZRP Launcher as Administrator

For Epoch Server, Launch DayZ Commander as Administrator

That should solve the problem. I am also having the same problem, but running as Admin works fine. (Might be something to do with Vista)
