Any other survival games out there?

Nope. NPC's are not in. There was an initial release of NPC's but they've been out of the game for quite some time now. There are Meta-events that make it seem like there are people (gunshots/choppers flying by)

No but really that game was horrible. Fallout New Vegas with hardcore mode adds survival aspects, 7 days to die is also a good one. Rust is somewhat survival but not that much.
