Bought a skin, need some help.

So I bought this skin

It didn't have any of the stars that indicate you can't change hat and face etc etc.

However I'm able to remove the Balaclava which is nice, but I would like to add a hat to the skin but I just seem not to be able to which is rather annoying, is there a way to come around this by maybe using a specific face and hat combination?

Yes, on some skins things just don't go on, I'm sure some variations of things will work though.

Most of the skins that have a balaclava allow you to remove it by just using a different face than the default ones, but unfortunately most of them don't allow you to wear glasses or hats (Insurgent Soldier 3 for example).
