So currently I have 15€ in total donations. If I wanted to get Supporter would I have to make a whole 25€ donation or can I donate 10€ and have it add up to 25€ in total donations and get Supporter that way?

Yes, donations add up. You can donate five times 10 euros and you'll get super supporter, as an example.
