[HELP] Looking to build a computer

Hello, ive been interested for a very long time in building a nice PC, that gives me atleast 30-40 FPS on dayz. i play on a laptop at the time moment, with about 15fps on a good day. Its getting close to christmas, and im looking to save up. my birthday is 2 months after christmas. im willing to save up till then if i have too.

Max budget: $700 (Under would be nice)

I slightly know about computers, like building them and such, and what i need. and i know ALOT of you know everything about it. Please help. Thanks!

Note: im an un-employed 18 year old So thats why money is tight
