I was at Desal and saw like 2 birds just flying around, I then went to the docks by the c-130 and say 4 or 5 birds just flying in circles, whats up with this?

Sometimes when the spawns are bugged players will spawn as birds, but can't see or control them. When this happens, there is a huge cluster of birds in the sky. This happens usually near Altar.
