12 Hour Aplication Limit

Hello on my first account i have submitted an application more than 12 hours ago and this account is indeed a donor account and the app got rejected. Then i tried to submit another app on my new donor account and it says "You can only submit one application every 12 hours!" and it has been way more than 12 hours when i submitted my last application. (PLEASE HELP)

Well yeah, closing as OP just got permanently banned, thinking that he can avoid us tracing his second account.
