Stop destroying the PBX , no coyote and howto refuel the big fishing trawlers

Pls stop destroying the PBX. It doesn't respawn with a coyote backpack anymore. This freeloot is fixed. Everyday I find destroyed PBXs at the shore.

And the big Fishing trawlers can only be refueled when they are standing next to a peer, really close and u have stand above the boat. It is only refuelable at the point where the captian stands and u have to be above. Trying to refuel at the shore is useless. Before u drive the big boats empty leave them at a peer, otherwise they will be useless and lost to all.
