What do you do when you get angry?

My question is - What do you feel like doing (or what do you do) when you get immensely angry?

I sleep when I get angry.

I listen to Matthew and MyLoveGina and I´m good. They both can calm me down very quickly. I also remember Gijs´s words, that I can be sometimes very hotheaded to calm me down on my own, because he is right.

I would want to choke them, but what I really do is post mean and hurtful things about them online as an anonymous person. JK I don't let shit bother me. I find it gets other people more pissed off if you smile and laugh at their attempts to get a rise out of you.

As for me: A smoke (tobacco folks) and depending on where I am, a trip to the local arcade to beat local scrubs at TTT2 or a trip to the firing range, where I can happilly and safely strip down, clean and re-assemble my pistol and fire off some rounds.

I get so mad I open my computer and then pull out my RAM cards and throw them at the wall. Then I quickly regret it and put them back in and hope they work. If they don't, I cry. (totally hasn't happened before)
