My Character Feedback

I just made this new character about a week ago and have mainly hungout at altar. I was wondering anyone has meet him and has some feedback on him and help me fixup whats wrong. He is Russian, his name is Viktor Kozlovsky. He is a bit of a dick but halarious at some points. He always wants things done his way and doesnt like people in his face, whenever someone gets near him he starts to get pissed. The one thing he loves most in this world is cream cakes if you say you have one he will get it off you one way or the other.

So if you have anything to add and say about my character feel free and thanks for the feedback.
