Hi,

Basically if i get white-listed for DayZRP I will most probably record videos for my youtube channel ( www . youtube . com/luckyshottzZZ ) And i was wondering how well does DayZRP run? because I don't like recording at 30FPS while playing at 10FPS so is it recording friendly, I have a mid range gaming PC.

Specs:

ASUS M5A78/L Motherboard

AMD FX8120 @3.10GHz

AMD Radeon HD6850 1GB

8GB DDR3 Kingston RAM 1330 MHz (I think thats the speed)

Western Digital 7200RPM 2TB HDD

750W PSU

Thanks,

-Rexy

What FPS do you get in normal ArmA 2 with and without recording?

DayZRP is well optimized and runs much better than most other DayZ servers out there.

Its pretty hard to drive for a 1-2 year old computer. I got 30-50 fps with my hd6970, [email protected] and 16gb ddr3 in 2560x1440 with normal settings when I'm recording initiations. But like the others above said, it runs better than vanilla dayz at least.

Well I usually get about 30 FPS while recording at 30FPS on normal arma 2 @ 1920x1080 So i guess i would be able to do the same here? but maybe record at 25FPS ?
