Jim Stone: DayZRP Series

Recommended Posts

Welcome to my DayZRP Series

It's almost been three years since I started this series on DayZRP. It was never planned or structured, I just recorded every time I played and this was the story that developed. For any newcomers I feel that these were some great moments from the mod that I know I'll always remember. Hope you all enjoy it.

Been waiting for some time for you to put these here !

Awesome episode 2 !

Thank you very much! Thought I'd put them here in one thread to be a little more organised/less spam on the forums.

Aw yeah, finally! :D

You need to do more, and you need to do it faster!

Also, you need to include your "driving skills". ;P

And just look at this handsome fellow on the thumbnail !

Where's number 3!!? :( I'm hooked :D

Glad to see you're enjoying them! Episode 3 will be edited and uploaded . . . Soon™

I do indeed need to make them faster haha didn't know people were anticipating them this much.

I'd like to add that my driving skills appear at the very start, brief but enough to constitute as a flashback. I did however cut out the part where you said 'this the 3rd GAZ I've had today, I've crashed 2 this morning'. So I spared some blushes ;) . . . . until now.

Sunglasses and bandana, the perfect combination

"Crashed" is such a negative word. "Permanently integrated into the landscape" sounds waaay better!

Also I never killed someone by hitting them with an airborne car. :)

Your move, Stone.

Ummm . . . maybe I wanted to permanently integrate that man into the landscape?

That's all I've got.

Well done! :D

To be fair, neither of us noticed him until he started shouting at me in TS.

Did he ever explain why he was crawling just next to the road/main entrance to the Homestead?

Let's ignore the fact briefly that it was my fault for driving at 126kph.

He saw the lights and wanted to check out the car that was approaching Homestead. But he didn't expect said car to jump into his face.

Lying down in the grass wasn't the best plan, I hope he learnt a valuable lesson that day haha even if IC I was mortified.

Awsome stuff :) Want more!

Thank you! Hope to run into you guys at Duty again soon so we can do some more role playing. I know Slavik is up for it and I'm sure Toorrik will be too.

Only watched the opening video, but fantastic stuff. Making sure you play in first person and not do unrealistic motions like zooming your eyesight is a nice touch.

Gave me chills.

Thanks very much Chaznar. Difficult to play the game though without zooming in, especially to see the little details sometimes but I know for a video like the opening one, would have been a little odd.

Great work loving the series!!

Thanks very much SBJoshua, tried to make something a little different to many other DayZ series' and I'm glad to see it's being received well.

Awesome!

Only watched the intro and I was blown away!

Thanks Alan! Hopefully when The Zone is set up too there'll be some amazing roleplay to be captured, as well as some enemies. Ba-dum-tsh
