Permanent Backpack skins

can somebody tell me if the donation US commander skin and the US teamleaderskin has permanent backpacks shown, even that u dont equip a backpack or after u drop it in a robbery, if its still shown then?

US commander and US teamleader do not show backpacks. This means you will never see a backpack on their back even if you have one, basically if you are carrying a backpack on these skins it's invisible.

Use the search feature in the future mate, you'll find that your question was already asked and answered, or in this case a whole thread made showing what skins show backpacks, etc.
