Question

Okay! I got a replacement CPU and the CPU light has gone away when on post!

Now another issue arises. The "Boot-Device" LED is red. This means the HDD right? or what does this mean and how do i fix it?

To anweser you're question about the "Boot-Device LED" if you still need help,Yes a Boot Device can be any Bootable Storage Device(USB,DvD,HDD,SSD),if it still contiues try to set a boot device in the bios if not done so(But there a good chance that it defaults to 1.CD/DVD-ROM,2.HDDs/SSDs,3.LAN Boot, but i for example can select to boot device for some reason in my bios)
