Detailed description of the events: We saw a green ADA that looked like one that was stolen from us last night. I went up to question the man and asked him to put his hands up and step down of the vehicle so we can talk. As soon as I pointed my gun and asked him to step down to talk he just instantly opened fire on me and kill myself and my partner with out any RP.

I was there and he was baiting them to start a scene and soon as the solo guy was initiated on by two others with guns drawn he pulled out his gun and killed them both they guy wasnt worrying about his own life....there was multiple people there that can confirm it aswell

As my friend said he had a whole camp around him with two different guns pointed at him and was talking back and baiting for us to start. When I aimed asking him to get down, he just pulled out his gun and shot us both down. Instead of RPing he resorted to PVP. And if that isnt No value for life then I would like to know what is.

Hello! To be fair this seems like a very pointless report and im willing to talk it out but ill go ahead and provide my POV and video evidence. 

Bebobs POV: So basically I was just chilling at the camp fixing up the ol mans car and this doctor approaches me and says "You look very familiar, just the cheek bone looks very familiar." I was wondering to myself "What the hell is this guy talkin bout" But then I caught on to what he was doing. He seemed to have seen me with a stolen car and presumed me to be the thief that stole the car. So he just said I looked familiar. (Which I had just made this character today) I had never seen this dude in a day of my life. So he walks away and these two VERY freighting guys walk up to me and say "Put your hands up and come with me" naturally I was like "You talking to me?" and he confirmed it again and he started pointing his BIG scary rifle at me and without hesitation I knew my life was in danger. I quickly reach for my weapon and shot one of them and then bam shot the other one. I spared the doctor and tried to ask them why did they try to hold me up and he just wanted me to leave and that I did. Sped off into the sunset while blasting Cajun music.

So from if noticed the car which was identical to the one we had stolen from our garage so I went over even tho I hadn’t seen the gentleman before I made conversation while inspecting his car as it would possibly arouse less suspicion and I wasn’t looking for an arguement. So I started with “you look very familiar, just the cheek bones look familiar” which they didn’t I was just taking a look at the car. 
i then wandered over to my compatriots and told them that it was a car and to have a chat with him about it.

i then walked away as I was looking for food and behind me I heard multiple suppressed shots. I saw one of my friends trying to run away but he was shortly gunned down... I didn’t get my gun out as I knew I stood no chance and I hadn’t personally initiated on the gentleman

Joseph Wilford's POV: We Just finished some up some fun rp inside the medical facility, then we indeed got word our stolen vehicle was sitting outside of sad facility.

So naturally we wanted to inquire about it, so my companion wanted to start a conversation with this man.

But clearly this man was beating around the bush with his responses, at this point he was requested to put up his hands up slowly to >TALK< to gain information about him and the vehicle with no gun pointing at him.. mind you there were 3 members within visible distance wich would make you think that it would be in his best interest to cooperate. Clearly the suspect was void of any fear for his safety at this point as he still refuses to comply at wich my companion as a last resort pointed the gun at him and repeated to put his hands up to >TALK<. In the span of the last few minutes this was going on i had my back towards the suspect not posing any threat, or making verbal threats of any kind. Assuming the suspect would finally start complying to >TALK< about the matter..

Then before i even heard a gunshot the suspect seemed to have gone into full rambo mode, and just mowed us both down as if it was a routine job.

P.s I might be new around here but if this is considerd a normal response, then the no value for life rule seems like a big grey area to me🤨

@Joshxald At the end of the video evidence provided by @ImKrullix you can be heard saying in game ''wait technically I can shoot him now, right?'' why did you say this in game ?

Summary
NVFL | As per rule 3.3, players must act realistically and appropriately in roleplay situations where the life of their character is in danger. The character's life and survival should always be put first. In this report @ImKrullixis accused to not have acted in a realistic way to further roleplay. The accused was sitting on his car and was initiated on by @Imortal351, who asked him to come down from the car to have a talk. The initiator chose here to go down the hostile route himself. As a result @ImKrullixtakes out his gun and shoots the only two people that posed an immediate danger to him. All of this happened in a camp where multiple people were around, however as seen in the video evidence, only two were close enough to face a direct threat to him. In this situation, his characters life was threatened, and he had all right to defend himself from the initiators. He was not heavily outnumbered.

After the two people were killed, @ImKrullix's character survived and made his way out as quick as he could to avoid further escalation of the situation.

3.3 - Your character must behave realistically and appropriately to the different situations you participate in, keeping the current world situation and context of post-apocalyptic world in mind. Do not act in a way that indicates no value for your characters life and survival. For example, attempting to kill people when heavily outnumbered, excessively talking back or insulting someone when taken hostage, or knowingly running into an area of active hostile engagement when not involved in the fight. Characters found guilty of breaking this rule will be permanently marked as dead.

We want to clarify that what breaks the NVFL rule is always defined by the situation. Every roleplay scenario is different, and players should try their best to put the life and survival of their character first. In this case @ImKrullixcharacter's life was threatened and he had a good chance to defend himself, thus resulting in him not breaking the NVFL rule.

Invalid Kill Firefight | As per rule 4.2, you can defend yourself when initiated on by someone. This grants you defender rights. The person who initiates on you gains attacker rights as soon as you do not comply to the given demands in the initiation. This would grand the attacker, attacker rights. In this case @Imortal351initiates on @ImKrullix. @ImKrullixdecides to use his defender rights, gained from the initiation, to shoot down @Imortal351. Though after this he proceeds to also kill @Mr Wilford. Due to @Imortal351and @Mr Wilfordnot being in an official group together, they did not share attacker rights, meaning that @ImKrullixdid also not gain the defender rights he needed to kill @Mr Wilford. This makes this kill technically invalid.

4.2 - When your life is at risk or you are subjected to a hostile action by other players you are allowed to defend yourself. This is granted by two different "kill rights" that you can gain based on circumstances of the situation like which side caused the hostile situation and which side you are on.

  • If you are a defender - the one being initiated on or subjected to other hostile actions that threaten your life which you did not start or provoke - you are allowed to defend yourself by gaining  DEFENDER RIGHTS on the attackers. Defender rights allow you to kill attackers for 2 hours or until your character dies. Defender rights can be shared with anyone who you recently role played with as well as all your group members, if you are a part of an approved group.
     
  • If you are an attacker - the one who first did the initiation or started, caused or provoked the hostile situation - you are allowed to defend yourself by gaining  ATTACKER RIGHTS on the defenders. Attacker rights allow you to kill defenders for 1 hour or until your character dies. Attacker rights can be only be shared with your approved group members. If you are not a part of an approved group, attacker rights can not be shared and apply only for your character.

However, @Mr Wilfordwas present and very close when the initiation happened, while also wearing the same style of uniform and armband. By going around in a uniform with matching armbands, people can easily misidentify you for an official group. Besides this @Mr Wilfordalso had his gun out. This caused @ImKrullixto misidentify the target, while thinking that he had valid rights to kill him. In this case it would have made the kill on @Mr Wilfordvalid, had the two been in an official group together. For this reason, we have chosen to reduce punishment for the invalid Kill.

Excessive OOC | In the provided video evidence, it came to our attention that @Joshxaldsaid the following sentence in game: ''wait technically I can shoot him now, right?''. This seems to us as if you literally asked a OOC rule question in the IC VoIP. As we understand from your POV, this was an accident and you probably just slipped on this one in the heat of the moment. Therefore, we have decided to not take action on this. However, make sure to in the future be more careful with these kinds of questions and avoid asking them IC at all time.
