Detailed description of the events: At about 8:30am (EST) @MrCrane and myself logged into the game inside of our base. We noticed a couple of walls down, ones that would need to be knocked down in order to get inside which is fine. After looking further into the base, however, we noticed that several walls surrounding one of our rooms were knocked down, including one of the ceiling blocks. Only one of the walls would need to have been removed in order to enter the room from any side, however a total of 5 were removed. This, to us, seems like unnecessary destruction. To access the entire place, only three walls would have needed to be destroyed, however 9 walls in total were taken down.

EY YO MAN WHAT'S GOOD, IT'S YO BOY BARON BROOK COX KNOWN AROUND CORNARUS AS BCC Y'HEARD'ME

So me and my boys, we be out and about doing some hood rat shit, so we decided to drive to a place I saw a few days ago and engage in some loot repossession. As we drive up my man Sticky Fingers Miller pulls up his RPG type gat and blows up one of the side walls with 2 rockets. As we are in we fire another one at a wall and then place a satchel charge down. We are met with yet another wall, but no wood will keep BBC and his crew away from the gear. The last wall blows up after 1 satchel charge and we begin to run around the containers like people at a Walmart during BBC's favorite holiday: The Black Friday.

After going shopping we drive away.

TL;DR we only blew up 3 walls: 1st one with 2 RPG rockets, 2nd one with 1 RPG rocket and 1 satchel, 3rd one with 1 satchel. The rest of the walls we didn't touch so either someone sneaky came around and broke them for nails or the walls despawned as Expansion walls tend to do that around a week after they got put in place (our Expansion gate despawned today as well).

'Sticky Fingers' POV is as follows:

We roll up after responsibly communicating and organizing the car with five satchels and seven RPG warheads. Upon arrival we scope out the place in order to use as little of our limited explosives as possible. Two RPG blasts later we're in the foyer of the compound, via the side entrance. I then curved an RPG rocket from the outside into the foyer, to avoid harming my team, like in "WANTED". Once the structural integrity was weakened, we used a satchel to finish off the second wall. Admittedly, the last wall did take only one satchel charge which we thought was strange. Once in we did as raiders do.

My boy BBC's math is right regarding our explosives'. No point in breaking what we didn't need to, though I wonder if the roof collapsed due to lack of structural integrity? We at the TRANSPORTERS do offer construction services and raid test advice for a fee in the future.

So as we were driving around we had pulled up to a barn with a ton of walls around was told this is a repossession job, We assess the situation and try to find the easiest and fastest way in. We were met with multiple walls, the first wall which was at the side was blown through with an RPGx2, These people had a few items in this small area including a lot of wolf meat I believe, that was rotting away, Then the other wall had a door and code so we went for that one it was fired at by an RPG however we got caught in a bad storm and we woke up again, we then placed another satchel on that door and blew into it in which we all were surprised that there was a boxed in section behind this wall, So I then place the last satchel  like the demolition expert I am it only took one satchel.  I personally wanted to get through the entrance and see what was in the sheds at the front however my boy BBC was like "Nah man already checked that shit" so after we gathered the goodies we left.

Summary for me,
We blew into 1 wall and 2 Coded doors. These other walls we did not touch and with the meat rotting away in their fridge I'm guessing the other walls got sucked into the earth

@Sammiii How long ago did you construct the walls in your base?

  • Diamond

We don't know an exact number of days, but we had been raided a few times before not long ago so most of the walls were recently rebuilt. As for the meat in the fridge mentioned, most all of that was cooked and placed in the fridge just last night. I could see the walls being despawned as a possibility if it were all of them we had built at once and not just a select few.

@Sammiii Could you also give us a description of how the walls were set up initially?

At the front of the barn (The last screenshot) there was two doors set up with code locks; the one that remains and the side one that was destroyed to get inside. Following that, there was a divider containing another three walls. One of these were taken down to get past the divider. After the divider is the room we set up. In the top screenshot you can see a bit of the skeleton of the room remaining. This room was 2 walls by 1 wall with a ceiling, taking 7 walls total to make up. 5 of these were taken down. Following the room a bit is another three wall divider. None of these were messed with, but the back gate with a code lock had been taken down, suggesting that it had been destroyed from the outside. On the side of the barn inside we had a single wall set up to block a large gap in the building to prevent people from seeing in. This was also taken down.

VERDICT

@AndreyQ | Griefing - Not Guilty
@Mugin | Griefing - Not Guilty
@Nudey | Griefing - Not Guilty

SUMMARY

The Transporters are out and about and decide to raid a base which @AndreyQ noticed a few days prior. They use their rockets and satchel charges to destroy walls to enter the base, conduct their raid, and depart afterwards.

Griefing | We have opted to find the accused party not guilty of griefing upon careful review of the raiding logs. A quick summary of the damage logs is as follows, with the individual walls (and singular floor panel) marked with their X coordinate in brackets, and each wall which is noted as having been hit is numbered one through five.

Quote

First Rocket:
Wall 1 (6452) - Hit Twice
Wall 2 (6450) - Hit Once

Second Rocket:
Wall 2 (6452) - Hit Twice
Wall 1 (6450) - Destroyed

Third Rocket:
Wall 1 (6450) - Hit Twice
Wall 3 (6449) - Hit Twice

First Satchel:
Wall 3 (6449) - Destroyed

Second Satchel:
Wall 4 (6459) - Hit Once
Wall 5 (6461) - Destroyed

The above summary corroborates the story of the accused party that they utilized only three rockets and two satchel charges. It also corroborates that they only destroyed outright three walls while entering the base. Based both on their submissions, as well as the submission of the poster themselves, this is the total amount of walls which would have been necessary to breach into the compound. The damage done to the other walls listed in the above summary are likely a result of splash damage, as one can see in the original log pull, the damages done to these walls was noticeably less than the damage done to the walls which were ultimately destroyed; leaving us to conclude that these walls were not the direct targets of the explosives but rather collateral damage.

Based on this evidence, the staff team has concluded that there is no evidence of griefing in this situation. The accused did not destroy, or deliberately do damage, to the walls in a manner which is required for a griefing punishment.

As for how the walls of the base disappeared, we honestly have no clue. It is possible that the damage done to them caused them to despawn, or age caused them to despawn. We simply do not know. Having checked both construction and position logs several times, there is no evidence of any other parties arriving at this base at any point between the arrival of the accused party, and the return of the OP. We apologize in this instance that we cannot give a more concrete answer.

OUTCOME

@AndreyQ | Griefing - no action taken.
@Mugin | Griefing - no action taken.
@Nudey | Griefing - no action taken.

Signed by @Duplessis and @Bryan
