Sapphire SynO Posted April 10, 2021 Sapphire Share Posted April 10, 2021 (edited) Link to the source of punishment (report/post): Why the verdict is not fair: I do somewhat agree with the verdict, the initiation did sound subpar on the OP's end due to everyone initiating at once. However, we did initiate and say "Stop the Vehicle and put your hands up". As seen in the video he sped up from 80 to 91 km/h as soon as the initiation happened and it took him 4 seconds from initiation to when he applied his breaks at timestamp 16:16 in the video. In my opinion 4 seconds is more than enough to process that people shouting at you to "stop the vehicle" is a valid initiation. The OP decides to slow down only after after he's being shot at. Additional statements/comments explaining your point of view: I thought in my point of view aswell as @Banksyy's where he pointed out that the fact that it happened it wouldn't have been overlooked by mistake in the verdict and dealt with accordingly as it is clearly shown in the video. What would you like to achieve with this appeal: A lessening of the ban and removal of points, since we tried to rectify our error by providing VolraSlava with a long roleplaying session, which he also commended in the aftermath. What could you have done better?: initiate more coherently. Edited April 10, 2021 by SynO Link to comment
Legend Inferno Posted April 11, 2021 Legend Share Posted April 11, 2021 Greetings gamer, We've taken a look at your appeal and came to the conclusion to DENY it. To put it short, when someone is driving a car that is going at a high speed of around 80 to 91km/h it is pretty hard to calculate an initiation that came out of no where and bring the car to a full top all within a 4 second timeframe. Next time in the future either give the individual a longer period or initiate at some kind of roadblock where the driver is forced to slow down to pass through. With that being said, APPEAL DENIED Signed by: @Inferno & @Basko Link to comment
