Why the verdict is not fair:  I replied to the post stating "I'd rather watch people ramp cars then worry about gun immersion. My opinion I guess." Meaning there are bigger immersion breaking things I feel people would worry about than guns. This was simply my opinion and should be considered constructive to the post since it gives an example of something that could be immersion breaking and that in my opinion western guns are not. I also want to bring up Jackfish's post. He states, "People not PKing is ruining my immersion, not weapons." which is something very similar to my post yet he received no warnings.

What could you have done better?: Posted something similar to my second post instead.

A separate team of staff have reviewed this prior to the ones that reviewed it originally, and we have chosen to DENY IT.

The thread you posted in was titled 'Do western weapons kill immersion?' Your post contained nothing related to this topic, but to what other things broke your immersion in-game. Your post was also inviting for other members to also go off-topic. Simply put you were not staying on the topic which is why, your appeal was denied, and you were pointed in the first place.

If you also think someone else is breaking the same rule as you and has got away with it, then you should report their post so that the staff team can review it.
