Why the verdict is not fair:  The verdict wasn't fair because The gun automatedly shot without me doing anything so it was a game glitch, which I believe my character should not be killed off either.

Additional statements/comments explaining your point of view: MY POV- I was taken hostage fairly,  I understand I miss worded some things and I apologize for that I didn't meant to say "You can't kill me I'm complying"  I meant to say "please don't kill me I am complying", I mixed up my words because I was trying to talk to fast. With the suicide It was a game glitch I was going to roleplay my Psychopath character breaking down after holding a gun to his head after threatening to kill himself, actually killing myself wasn't the goal, It was for the longer roleplay and for everyone to have a good time but that was ending quickly, when the suicide animation was done with, not even a second goes off and the gun shoots without me pushing anything. I sat in discord with 2 of the people that helped kidnap me. I was explaining to them what I wanted to do and was pissed off on how I couldn't complete the roleplay due to a game bug. 

What would you like to achieve with this appeal: Mainly I would like to get my character un killed and maybe get unbanned, I am hoping.

What could you have done better?: Next time I will definitely watch how I word things, I didn't realize you can get banned for RP over 1 very little slip up in wording, but I respect the dedication to Roleplay and I will make sure I work on wording things better.

After watching the video evidence provided to us, we have come to the conclusion that we do not believe your story. During the encounter you've shown that you did not enjoy the situation and certainly don't care about it, going as far as bordering the line of ruleplay by saying things like "I'm compliant so there is no reason to kill me, right?". You've been disrespecting your hostage-takers the whole time and failed to provide proper RP, even asking for a gun to kill yourself, saying: "give me a gun and I will kill myself right now", what the hell did you think was going to happen putting a gun to your characters jaw? What possible story explanation did you have? Were you going to suddenly stop at the last second and go 'lol jk' towards your hostage-takers? No, not buying it.

You can consider yourself lucky that you got away with this punishment, it could've been far worse.

With that being said

Appeal denied - Ban stays, Character remains dead.
