had surgery on the hand struggling with backstory

so currently i Am curious, i had a surgery on my hand recently and it makes it a bit more difficult and painful to type. i took my best shot at a backstory before my hand cramped and i had to give up, but it was way too short, is there any way i can use what i have for now and build off it with time, i am alot better using my voice for my stories now since my surgery its almost impossible to type 500 words for me currently.

No I know not directly onto the character page, but do it in word and use the voice to dictate function and then copy and paste it into the character page.
