Detailed description of the events: I was logging on fairly late to run back to GM and reloot after a firefight that happened much earlier in the day.

I asked @groovy dingo to log on to give me some spare ammunition for my gun once I got to GM. So he was getting ready to hop on just as I was arriving.

As I was gathering my things together, there was a man there who began talking about people stealing HIS things from GM. Or something along those lines to someone else. (I've been RPing at GM the last few weeks and I've never met this man in my life.) Then as I approach him and ask him who he is. He doesn't answer, he begins to act very ominously. He then asks me if I'm one of the Chernarussian Police that held him up and took his stuff before and then pulls out his gun on me (Not pointed, but the intent was clear). I told him that I wasn't a police but a Militsya and then asked him why he was asking if I was police and what would it mean if I was? He again answered ominously but made if fairly vocal by his tone that the interaction with that specific police officer would not be friendly.

Knowing that my character is a militsya member and that I am allies with the police due to the recent developments in Zeleno. He knew that his words would imply a threat and then left the building.

After a few moments, I just let the guy go and assume he's RPing some edgy character or badass, etc. I go to RP with other people and then come to check if there's food in the crates and he just starts staring at me asking me if I have a problem with him. I tell him I do not and ask him if he has one with me. He then answers with "I don't know." but starts bandit shuffling and hiding behind the bar counter and water barrel, leaning as if getting ready to initiate. (I'm sure people are familiar with the behaviour of someone who's about to commit hostile RP.)

After that, I decide to just walk off to grab some ammunition from Nikki (Don't know their forum name). I then see Dingo and inform him of the situation and I believe he overheard the man also just acting menacing and continuously bandit shuffling. As soon as I was about to approach him again to ask him who he was, he says that he is going to leave. (I believe this is because he noticed I was no longer alone and knew he was outnumbered by two).

We follow him and ask him to stop and he just straight ignores our requests. After asking politely for the 3rd time, we initiate on him and a firefight ensues.

From the moment I interacted with this character it was very clear that he was baiting with how he was answering questions and answering ominously. Talking about the police officer and pulling out his gun as he got up in my face before Nikki intervened. And based on his "question" provided in the DayZ Discord General chat, it is clear cut what his intentions were as he even says "Does making them fire at me consider it kos?"

I will only be answering any questions by staff and I do not intend to get into any back and forths with this report.

Dobry Den... It is regrettable that a report had to be made but here  
POV: I was asked by @YBN Kase to log on to give him some ammo for his AKM since he died during a firefight after the march event that happened. As I was loading in, I hear this guy questioning and acting weird towards @YBN Kase 's character.
As he noticed me, he said "I'm gonna leave, my base needs me." which I interpreted as him just making up a story after baiting @YBN Kase 's character. We began to follow him as we wanted to question him on his motives and his business with the police but he refused to stop after we asked him 3 times. @YBN Kase then initiated and a firefight happened.

I wish only to reply to any questions asked to me by staff handling this report, Ano?

now I don't understand what I did I wanted to leave the conflict because I knew something bad was gonna happen but the thing is all I said was you sound like the cop that took my blaze he couldn't said no couldn't been another person memory lose but, they cant leave it so they follow yelling the famous words "put you're ****ing hands up* but yet it wasn't a story my camp was being attacked and it did need me, witch pursing  you shot first missing everything I was trying to leave that situation to get back to my camp but you wouldn't allow it @YBN Kase all I said was you sound like the cop that took my blaze and that's baiting apparently

My POV (Nikki)

There was a strange fellow (@zyton's character) in green mountain who didnt seem to like @KaseThey had a few words that kind of escalated the situation slightly, enough so that when @zyton saw that @Kase had a friend with him, he stopped any effort to trade for things to go help his camp and wanted to leave right away. He tried to get out of the situation but the two men ( @Kase and @groovy dingo) Wanted to question him, with obvious fear for what would happen to him, Zyton opens the gate and walks out of the compound, thats when the two men initiate on him. Zyton feeling confident enough runs into the cover and loops around the trees, greases them both and runs off. 

I dont record sadly but il probably start to clip things more.

VERDICT

SUMMARY

@Kase and @groovy dingo arrange a meeting to exchange some ammunition. While groovy dingo is logging in, Kase and zyton had a small encounter in which weapons where drawn. Kase then goes to continue to RP with others. However, while doing so, he gets stared down by zyton followed by some bandit shuffling. Kase finally gets the ammo he needs and decides to go over to zyton to ask who he is, zyton decides that it was time for him to go and begins to leave. Kase and groovy dingo follow him and ask him to stop, which he doesn't. It is then that they decide to initiate on their target, which leads to a fight. zyton gets the upper hand in the fight and kills both attackers.

REASON

We decided that the accused is not guilty in this case. At no point during the whole encounter did zyton do anything to force Kase and groovy dingo to initiate on him. Of course he acted shady but when he decided to leave, you could've just stayed at GM and the situation would've been over. 

Of course I'd like to adress zytons message on the Discord - While this attitude is not okay, it does not signify him baiting in that situation.
