County Lines

For the last few decades; the United Kingdom has been pressured from a number of County Line Drug Gangs. In British terms, County Lines are gangs that transport illegal drugs from one area to another, often across police and local authority boundaries, usually by children or vulnerable individuals. These individuals are coerced into these activities by the drug gang exploiting them. These vulnerable individuals are commonly known as ‘Runners’ as they are made to travel long distances through the United Kingdom to collect and deliver any substance they are ordered to handle.

 

These gangs are often provided with a County Line name. The ‘County Line’ is the mobile phone line used to take the orders of drugs. Importing areas are reporting increased levels of violence and weapons-related crimes as a result of this increasing drug trend prior to the apocalypse.

 

The ‘AJ’ line, led by Kingpin Joji Skowald, was a drug gang operating from Barking, London. This County Line had multiple cunches (A far away area occupied for the purpose of selling drugs) scattered amongst the country, varying from Bognor Regis, West Sussex to Fakenham, Norfolk to Liverpool, Lancashire. The ‘AJ’ was supposedly one of the most dominant drug rings operating in the UK until the early months of 2020. The Metropolitan Police were well aware of the trafficking activity predominantly ongoing from the ‘AJ’ Line in the Capital yet struggled to obtain reasonable evidence other than hearsay to take action. The ‘AJ’ was successfully a subtle, yet ruthless gang. The gang had been connected to dozens of incidents per year relating to murders and subjects receiving grievous bodily harm.

 

The ‘AJ’ line had been working with two other new County Lines in the past year - The ‘Pipsi’ Line and the ‘Jeezy’ Line. These two gangs decided to foolishly ambush a couple of the ‘AJ’ Lines’ runners on a high-risk job in Reading, murdering two of Joji Skowald’s best performing runners and stealing approximately £750,000 worth of cocaine from the bodies.

 

The two gangs clearly underestimated the wit and intelligence of the ‘AJ’ line, for the ‘AJ’ line knew where the gang leaders lived. Upon receiving this information that Kingpin Skowald and his enforcers were soon to arrive at the ‘Jeezy’ and ‘Pipsi’ lines’ doors within a matter of minutes; the gangs fled the country. The ‘Pipsi’ line travelled to shelter in a smaller, foreign land known as Livonia and the ‘Jeezy’ Line made their best attempts to hide in Chernarus. The ‘AJ’ line discovered this through some of the ‘Jeezy’ and ‘Pipsi’ lines’ runners whom stayed behind, both bribed and tortured for the information. Skowald ordered a third of his gang to disperse towards Livonia in search for the ‘Pipsi’ line whilst he, himself, and his other trusted enforcers travelled to Chernarus via being smuggled through cargo ships after bribing the crew. After a couple of weeks of searching, the gang uncovered the remaining ‘Jeezy’ members and the gunfire ensued amongst the Country, a multitude of gang members on both sides were slaughtered, resulting in Joji to reach out to his American Overseer, Riggs Fuller, to assist him with sealing the deal. Upon Riggs arriving with his backup, the gang succeeded in eradicating the rivalling lines. The gang then settled a couple of ‘Cunches’ in the country, only to find themselves stranded in the Country once the borders were fully closed due to high levels of infection.

During this time period. The gang members stranded became idle and dormant. They were not comfortable with the new culture they found themselves surrounded by but tried to cope. Over time, they developed conflict with other local groups and gained aggro from the authorities. A multitude of Joji's original gang members from the UK began to fall from an array of reasons. Reasons such as shootouts, drug overdose and being overrun by the infected. Joji had to improvise. During his time, he reached out to acquaintances in the Country. Those also of a 'foreign' nature and absorbed them into his campaign for profit and conquest, resulting in the diverse gang that he rules today. 

 

 

Keep any organisations operating in a Law Enforcement like manner from obtaining any intelligence on the ‘AJ’ line’s activities (Indefinite)

Develop numerous underground hideouts around the Country (Indefinite)

Uncover as many customers and addicts as possible to develop a higher profit (Indefinite)

Obtain a number of vehicles to transport ‘deliveries’ faster (Indefinite)

Establish a 'Convoy' routine to begin shipping large quantities of drugs to current customers (Day 165)

Introduce an investment into the arms-dealing industry as a side-business (Day 170)

Uncover and introduce a new drug to the Country (Day 175)

Capture a handful of subjects for 'testing purposes' (2/5) (Day 180)

 

 

Become the most dominant and efficient drug-dealing competition in South Zagoria. (COMPLETED) (Day 131) (Circulating)

Develop a fully functioning nightclub/venue in South Zagoria (Day 155) (COMPLETED) (Day 152)

Seek contact with the 'P.O.V' Lore group and attempt to establish a 'connection' (Day 160) (COMPLETED) (Day 158)

 

 

Introduce a new type of Economic Roleplay that has yet to be seen on DayZRP.

Provide an enjoyable portion of Hostile Roleplay that allows others to develop their characters by making difficult choices.

Interact with governmental/policing groups with a realistic approach and provide a new genre of Roleplay.

Motivate other players to invest in new businesses and creative ideas rather than your typical ‘beef RP’.

Develop a Lore drug that gives players the chance to have their characters experience uncontrollable cravings.
