Ahoy.

We had a reason to believe some if not all took part in the recent robbery of our store, and thus decided that it was time to hold them up and do some good ol' interrogations.
We all initiate and the guy decides to drive to which shoot at him and he makes a turn straight into me, putting me to blinking health.
He then dies.

It is to note we were around 10-15 people or so and they were 7, and most had already surrendered by the point he decided to drive off.

So I had run down into stary when I was told that the truck that was stolen was here full of people. Upon arriving we questioned them then dropped the yeet. After giving the man lotsss of time to comply, he decides to drive away and we gat em. There were over 8 of us for sure so this is blatantly NVFL.

Due to this being his 3rd situation involving NVFL, @Jake Runner will be temporarily banned until he posts his POV. This is not a guilty verdict, however we currently have some major concerns about his understanding and would like to address this issue asap.

My third case of nvfl over a 5 year period isn't bad. I have zero warning points atm. I didn't value my life and deserve these points. Rp was thrown out the window for me gething robbed. I worked tirelessly for these people. That was that characters every day. Log on go to talk to them. I'm treated like shit then robbed. This was due to me owning an rpg cheyteck and bmw. Nothing to do with rp. I logged on everyday filling the shop with massive amounts of gear and supplying the chechens with weopans. I take one day off and log on to find out that im fired. They see what gear I have and decide to include me in the robbery. I was definitely a target of the robbery considering it started the very second I attempted to leave. I was treated like shit for no rp reason. Taking a break after this. The relations that character had built are ruined. Very disapointed that a group of that size cares that much about gear. 

I didn't value my life and deserve these points. I'm also not saying they deserve points. I do need to express my extreme disappointment in the groups involved. 

 

I had approached lily the leader of the shop twice trying to talk to her regarding what had happened. Both times I was declined. I find it hard to believe this was to ask me questions. 

 

Prior to this case being opened I expressed how I felt regarding this subject to lily directly.

I would also like to point out I only saw 4 people. There were at least 4-5 people being robbed. Seems reasonable to me to say the othee heavily armed people being robbed were going to help defend ourselves. This wasn't 5 on 1. They were attacking a large group of people and I didn't see this supposed 8 people involved in the attack. After watching this clip I dont feel this was nvl. It seems very rational to me that group of people I was lumped in with were going to defend themselves.

My clip that I provided in my POV clearly shows around 7 people run out after he was killed after running away. Also I would like to point out that this interaction and RP was not for the gear as the only gear we even took off of the ones that complied was some ammo and the truck. This interaction was for questioning about all of the shop workers and their involvement with the break-in at the shop. But even though Jake non-complied we gave the rest of the people hostile rp and even used them as informants. 
I will not post anymore unless asked by staff.

All of you friends had complied as shown in video by ImFrosty no one fought back and you sit silently not moving in your car, about 4-5 seconds go by that gave you enough time to be fully be aware of this fact but you decided instead to attempt to run over one of my friends simply to avoid having to really RP out the situation and you died for it, this fact is proven by the msg you sent to Phoenixx, had you complied you would have kept your life and something more then just your death would have come from it.

The situation here is quite clear and self explanatory, so I won't stretch this out any longer than it has to be. @Jake Runner, you were inside a stationary vehicles without any means of defending yourself, yet still decided to make a break for it whilst you had multiple guns trained on yourself and the people around you. The video shows it all - an initiation was dropped and everyone can be seen complying and putting their hands up. ±6 seconds later you decide to make a break for it, dying as a result. It was quite clear that no one was going to back you up, and that your chances of survival were little to no - and due to this, you will have been found guilty of NVFL.

Please take the outcome of this report as a wake-up call for the future, and learn from it. Try to put yourself in your character's shoes and think about your actions before executing them. We understand that having your stuff taken can be frustrating, but are a few weapons and a car really something worth risking your life over - or would you rather live to see another day?
